Hi Helpxers,

From now till late July I need helpxers at my OCEAN CABIN in Salubrious Bay, Desolation Sound Marine Park, near Lund in S.W. BC.
This is a very beautiful, wild area, north end of the Sunshine Coast.

You can kayak, fish, hike and take wonderful photos.
Watch wildlife: seals, mink, eagles, deer, chipmunks etc.
Harvest clams and oysters. Meet oyster farmer neighbours.
Explore in the boat.
Enjoy a beer after work. Eat good food... which you help cook.

Boat-access only, 15 minutes boat ride from Okeover Dock. It is rustic, with solar power.
There is a cosy wood stove, propane cook stove, hot shower, compost toilet.

A tiny loft in the cabin or a good tent with foam mattresses and duvets beside the cabin, just above the beach.

HELP 20-25 hours a week.
Main job is splitting firewood, construction of woodshed, moving branches, improving trails, cooking, house painting etc.
Top quality photos, videos, wanted too, to help sell the cabin someday.

Off-grid skills, recipes, organic farming methods, environmental ideas etc. Maybe you want to improve your English? Or improve my French or German?

I have posted 2 photos of the coast, below. The rest are Rossland area.

I have a B&B and Guest House with large gardens and orchard, 4 minutes walk from the town centre.
(See information below)

In south-central BC, 660 km (400 miles) from Vancouver and Calgary, near the US border, 1 hour from Nelson.
Rossland is cool... cafes, bars, a brewery, art gallery, music, hiking trails, mountain bike and ski culture. Red Mountain ski resort is here.
Check it out:

I speak some French, German and Italian.
To visit, you must speak OK English.

Bus: Greyhound to Trail via Castlegar.
Rideshare is best:
I will help you get here.
