UPDATE: We are currently looking for volunteers for immediate start.

Looking for a person or two, who loves the outdoors and wants to be part of a very special and historic place in NZ. Must be ok with living in a remote place with VERY LIMITED internet.

We are looking for physically fit people to help out with general duties on our historic property. Tasks will vary but will mainly include looking after the grounds. There is weed control, landscape maintenance, gardening, firewood, cleaning and other jobs that crop up. Most jobs are outside so you will need appropriate clothing. You will need to appreciate the outdoors and must have initiative! If you love animals that's a bonus as we have a number of pets about the place.

We would require approximately 4 hours work per day from each person in exchange for free accommodation & LUNCHES ONLY, You will be required to supply all other meals yourself.
The accommodation is a twin room with a seperate kitchenette /lounge & shower/bathroom
Wifi is very limited and there is no cell phone coverage. This is a remote area.

In return Paradise is surrounded by breathtaking views as we are nestled between Mt Aspiring & Fiordland National Park. We also have for use here kayaks and a mountain bike.

Because of the isolation it would be preferrable to have your own transport but not essential.

Please note we are a 1 hours drive from Queenstown so you will need to stock up on food BEFORE you arrive at Paradise.

Please visit our website for further information to see what we are about, also check out our feedback, it speaks for itself....
Cheers MandyG
