We are a family of four - Lars, Katrin, Erlend(14) and Emil (12). We live in an old farm building but it is not run like a farm nowadays. We do have chickens and two dogs. The place is close to the fjord and it is possible to borrow a small boat for fishing. We would like you to help us with different tasks from small everyday things like walking the dog, prepearing a meal, beeing fishing companion for Erlend:), to different maintanence jobs at the house and in the garden like painting, digging or carpentry. If you stay here you will have your own room in the basement and if you like to you will be part of our different family-activites. Because we are a normal busy family and all of us are working outside the home it is very importent that you are able to work on your own, and that you dont need our company all the time. It may be easyer if you are two travelling together? It is nice if you speak german (both boys need to practise) but english will also do.
For the spring-summer-period we are mostly fully booked. The exception is May (9-20/5). We are going to dig a foundation for a new small house on our cabin. The cabin is pretty primitive and has no tap water or electrisity. There we will need help digging, casting foundation and building a small house that is going to be our new toilet. If you are willing to work hard and dont mind getting your hands dirty you are welcome. The more the merrier:)
