Hidden in the rural mountain area around Gobleg in north Bali we are starting our own Permaculture project. We want to connect the spirit of Yoga and Permaculture living with the beautiful and pristine environment that was given to us. Preserving its natural beauty while creating a place for living in harmony. Creating a node for connection people in an inspiring environment.
We'd really appreciate your help a lot and would be very happy to work with you. Mostly we looks for people who know a bit about gardening, constructing, creating with their hands and hearts.
At the moment everything is starting up. It's really a quite remote place in nature. We work with the local people and you will have the chance to encounter Bali at it's roots. No tourists came to this place in the years before. Now we work here to create a place in harmony with nature.
At the moment everything is quite basic and we can not offer you a great developed place but a great experience with nature and the local people. We could build your home together from soil and make garden according to Permaculture principles. But please be prepared to live a basic live up there, where it might be quite cold and rainy sometimes. But the weather in the dry season (May-Sep) reveals the real beauty of the place. We live at 1000 meter above sea level with a great view.
The first time,until we finished the new building we only can offer you a very basic wooden cottage and rainwater for drinking, which we collect and filter. My wonderful Japanese girlfriend would cook for you and she is also a great Yoga teacher. You could do Yoga together.
NOTE:You will need to rent your own motorbike and the ability to ride bad roads. Or other means of transport unless you wish to walk.
WE DO NOT ARRANGE TRANSPORT FOR YOU, SORRY.
A minimum stay of two weeks is required, where the first week should give you and us the time to adjust and decide about the choice.
