Until further notice: we are not set up to host for length's of stay longer than 2 days. This is until we have separate quarters. Just finding long stays too busy.
We are a 5 acre Turkey,Christmas tree farm and personal saw mill overlooking the Fraser River. We follow organic principles, but don't carry the label.
Walking distance to mtn. hikes, refreshing lakes, and river's. BC's beautiful Harrison Hot Springs Resort is barely an hour long bike ride away, but absolutely scenic the whole route. There is a bus, even if pricey, up to the local ski hill as well.
We love to share our homeland with others in the time we're not working together. If prearranged will even pick you up from the commuter rail that leave's Vancouver to the rural Valley weekdays.
And working with us is very flexible. We're new enough that if you just want to choose from a list of things that need to be done.... there will always be something that you'll enjoy doing.
The key to a great stay with us is recognizing that accomodations are rather rustic. A cabin(in progress) with pit toilet( " ) and running water outdoors, but with a woodstove. There is a spare room, but would most suit shorter stays (no closet and 1 bathroom shared for the whole household).
