I am afraid we are not currently looking for helpxers. Thanks

Hello, this is a listing on behalf of my parents James & Maxine Matthews who have recently accquired a grade II listed property. They are pretty cool - James is a musician (of 70s Mungo Jerry fame) who had been a techonology teacher and also holds a masters in sustainable architecture. Maxine is a yoga teacher who enjoys gardening and music.

They are looking for people to get involved with the restoration of the house but also to enjoy their fun a relaxed country air.

Daily routine could include yoga before breakfast, a few hours working on the roof, tasty lunch, some work in the organic kitchen garden and perhaps some bricklaying. In the evening you would be welcome to join them at regular music nights and gigs in Norwich or a campfire in the woods out the back - it's really up to you.

The house itself is a fantastic, abeit dilapidated, example of a Georgian manor house. 28 rooms, 3 cellars and a grand stair case. It wont be a problem to find you a room or if you'd rather pitch a tent in the garden that would be fine.
