NOW SEEKING HELPERS FOR 2018 SEASON
MARCH TO OCTOBER
(no places available before March 2018)

We are a British couple running a small rural B&B in southern Spain. Casa Colina is located in the countryside of Andalucia, surrounded by hills and beautiful views. We have land of 5000 SQM, and 3 dogs, 2 cats, 2 donkeys and 15 chickens.

SUMMER SEASON
------------------

During the main tourist season (Mar-Oct), we have a single helper to stay with us to help around the B&B for 3-4 hours a day.

When we're busy with guests, your main duties will be cleaning the rooms, sweeping the terraces, cleaning the BBQ and watering the plants.

When we're less busy, there are always lots of jobs to be done around the house, including painting & wood staining, weeding and dog walking.

There will also be plenty of free time to enjoy your other interests.

We'll provide all your meals, and you will stay in our comfortable 5-berth caravan which is next to the main house. It is fully equipped with mains electricity, water supply, shower & WC, kitchen, fridge and plenty of storage space.

It's important to point out that we're located in quite a rural area. It's a great place to go hiking in the countryside, and there are lots of good walks around here (our dogs will always be happy to show you the way!). From our local town of Riogordo (7km away), you can catch a bus to the city of Malaga, from where you can connect to lots of other interesting places such as Granada, Seville etc.

The key attributes we're looking for in a helper are:
- an ability to work without close supervision
- attention to detail
- team player
- good customer/interpersonal skills
- must be omnivore, as evening meals are served together with guests, and usually meat/fish based.
