Hi all you helpers out there we would love you to come and help on ourlovely farm you will find we are very flexable, easy going and friendly. Come and visit us for a while you will love our Aussie hospitality.

We have a lucerne, Charolais and Charbray beef cattle oproperty in the beautiful South Burnett region of Queensland. We are on the Burnett Highway only 5kms north of Goomeri. A small town of about 500+ residents, 25 minutes from Murgon and 1hour west of Gympie.

We have six fun loving Mini Foxy dogs and occasionally a litter of mini foxy pups, a female cattle dog a few goats, New Hampshiire poultry and a number of geese. No smokers please, due to health problems. You will need warm clothes for late afternoon and nights during winter, we can get frosts at night. Summer days can be hot you will need good shoes and a hat.

Help will include driving tractors, moving irrigation pipes, servicing farm machinery, some feeding of cattle and sometimes moving cattle, fencing, a little cleaning and gardening and any other light duties on the farm or in the house that crop up. We have the whole top story of our house with large verandah on 3 sides is vacant, all bedrooms and lounge have ceiling fans, food will be provided.

We have family members or friends drop by occasionally. There is also plenty of room to park a caravan or pitch a tent if needed. We have a land line, Telstra mobile phone coverage and ADSL internet is available. We are very friendly and easy going, you will be treated as one of the family. Help with preparing the evening meal, would be appreciated.

Come on over we are waiting to meet you.
