Located in Toolangi Victoria, Australia on 40 Acres, we are situated 1 hour and 15 minutes from Melbourne's CBD. We live on the edge of some of Victorias's most beautiful forests and have a river running through the property with some beautiful bush tracks that can be explored. We are a young family of 4; Tania, Luke, Javier (3) and Sol (5 months) and would love to have some help maintaining the property. We also have chickens, two dogs and two cats, although the animals do not enter the bungalow you would be staying in.

We would love to gain your help in doing some small projects such as making a rendered garden wall or dismantling a duck enclosure, or just lots of gardening, blackberry removal and tree pruning. Aside from these regular tasks we also need some help to build a new home on the property. The new home will be made of rammed earth and needs many hours of labour that hopefully will be made up of Family, friends and helpx travellers! When enquiring please specify whether you are interested in the house building or the small projects and gardening.

We are looking for people to stay a minimum of 5 days to a maximum of 3 weeks and live in our self contained bungalow/cottage. All food and bedding will be provided in exchange for 5 hours work per day. Some days may be more than 5 hours work but will be taken off the following day.
We are often driving to Healesville (15 min) and can droop off or pick up depending on what is happening on that day. IT is very easy to catch the train from Melbourne's CBD to the last eastern station- Lilydale and we would be happy to do a pick up from there.

The area has many beautiful places to visit including vineyards, old growth forests, national parks and rivers. Please enquire today!
