I have a small farm holding with some breeding ewes and a small vegetable garden, orchard, hens & chickens. It is situated in a very scenic area of west cork about 3 miles from nearest town. I would be willing to provide accommodation and good food (some home grown)in return for help with general farm work, fencing cutting wood helping with animals etc . You would be treated as part of the family. I have my own transport and would give a lift if needed. I live with my wife and son. Ideally I need temporary help for a week or two approx.
We live in a picturesque part of west cork which any guest would enjoy as the scenery is beautiful it is peaceful and close to nature. There are many things to do walking cycling fishing and there is a swimming pool in the local town which is the home of Sam McGuire. It is only about 25 minutes from the birthplace of Michael Collins. It is 45 minutes from Cork Airport. Cork City is a great City to visit with lots to do and see Killarney is a buzzing town about 1 hour away and there are 5 other towns and the seaside within 30 minutes radius we are a family that likes lots of fun and would treat our guests very well and include them in our family life they would be sad to leave as this is a lovely part of southern Ireland. If you are keen to help at this busy time now is your chance to get an insight into farm life at a nice time of the year
