Ok, Times change... Sadly I have lost the property I was on and am now camping out with my horses... but this the stuff happens some times. I am presently camping on a 7000 acre property (with lots of wild life) I have 9 horses here and lots of work to be done before I start a "Ride for Life" to help Charities working in the bush and the Flying Doctor Service raise funds and awareness, there is a room here to join me camping on this beautiful property which has a 5 acre dam with swimming areas and fishing. I am offering somewhere to camp, horse riding and possibly carriage driving lessons in return for assistance with camp, horses, driving and perhaps building my mobile stables for my trip, a licence and some driving skill with manual vehicles is essential and your own vehicle is an advantage, you camp and can use my BBQ, there is a stretcher bed in my camp for 1, Sit around my fire and listen to stories of the bush as I was a tour guide for more than 10 years to remote northern Australia. (I am an excellent cook and can even do some Vegan) so I can help you to learn bush cooking and show you how to find local delicacies, So if you wish to join me in the adventure, learn about horses and being shown and told about this fabulous area around Kuranda and Mareeba where my family began Pioneering in 1874 as the original Scottish/English Settlers (there is a book or 2)

I am very local and an ex safari tour guide so can assist with lots of travel information and stories.

See you soon Smiley.
