An ideal destination for a German-Exchange for german learning students.

We offer an alternative way for you to do something different and give yourself an opportunity of work experience first hand, while at the same time learning German with ease and without embarrassment?

We, Bernd and Louise(from Wales) run a country hotel together with an equestrian centre. We have 3 growing up children 19,25,26 all helping out either in the hotel or in the stables.

We are situated an hour south of Hamburg on the River Elbe. You can get to us via the train from Hamburg airport - lόneburg - Leitstade for 8.70€ (HVV ticket) look us up by googling pferdeschulze and find the directions button.

We enjoy working with students who wish to experience the culture exchange of another european country first hand.
We always need help! either in the hotel.. serving guests, small talk, washing up, and generally helping in service and kitchen, sometimes shopping and gardening - would suit an outgoing, flexibel person who could ride in their spare time. A great opportunity to get an inside view of equine management and the tourism industry.
2. at the stables.. hacking out with guests, helping with allround jobs at the yard - would have to have experience with horses and to be able to communicate (a little)in german.
Our Landhotel offers:
• An FN (German BSHA) affiliated Equestrian School
• A 3 Star Country Hotel with 95% German guests so speaking german daily!
• Over 30 years of experience in teaching and managing our riding school and Hotel
• Enrollment in german course for long stay
• Accomodation and full board 1-2 bed•
• Use of car
• Very family orientated
• 5 hours daily work (min.stay one month)
• Visiting german cities
• Riding our horses
• From middle March until middle November
Insurance and travelling expenses are not included.

For the right person(must be outgoing) this is a fantastic opportunity for future personal development, you get out what you put in!!
In the hope that we have awoken your interest
and many thanks in advance,

Louise Schulze-Bevan, living since 27yrs in Germany
