Main Duties include: Olive picking
We need help Picking Olives for two weeks from the Sunday 12th April until 26th April 2015
Description of the Property: Beautiful 126 acres of picturesque virgin bush setting, self contained accommodation for 6 people. One double and two bunk beds, linen and towels supplied, tea making facilities, toaster, microwave and barbecue. Spectacular valley and ocean views (great for walking) on the southern Fleurieu Peninsula, great stop off on the way to kangaroo Island. Located near world heritage parks and the famous Heysen trail. We have farm animals, sheep, chickens, Alpacas (Billy and Stirling) and all the sheep have names. Their is a variety of wild life. Many kangaroos, wedge tail eagles with their nests on the property and a few echidnas, deer, and Koala bears. Only 1 hour from Adelaide a beautiful drive and 10 minutes (6km) from the town centre Yankalilla. The farm is located on a unsealed road, 5km from the turn off, on the Victor Harbor road. We are a working farm. We grow heritage olive trees that produce extra virgin olive oil and pickle olives. We supply firewood from our forest plantation. We supply farm produce depending on the season. Accommodation includes In Room: Heating Microwave & Toaster Linen provided Private Bathroom Non Smoking BBQ
Our farm is a very quiet and peaceful location.
