Our organization is located in one of the most important monuments of the modern city, the an old factory in the city port area. A capacity building for 500 people, a legacy that counts more than 200 years history that extends over 30 acres, has hosted many artistic performances, exhibitions and events.

Such a building needs daily maintenance, apart from maintenance, helpers can get involved in our ongoing art projects, if they have a skill they would like to share we could help them teach and pass on their skill (the lessons will be offered free of charge to the people of the city), we are active with a rewarding recycling project as well as upcycled arts and could use a helping hand in several areas (including graphic design, fundraising, project writting, proofreading e.t.c.)

What we need:

Helpers who can:

Be HandyMen/Women

We have projects that need handy people to help fix things at the studio. Fixing chairs, building out of pallets, building raised bed gardens, etc. If you are handy with tools and creation, skilled and known for being a fixer-upper, we would love to hear from you!

WorkShop Instructors

If you have any skill that you think would be excellent for a workshop (Dance, yoga, pilots, theatre, design, crafts, art, etc etc etc anything really) We would love to receive a proposal of your workshop and then length of time for this workshop for our consideration. We are also particularly interested in projects that can be part of a street performance festival! but we are open to receiving any type of proposals.

Office/Media Professional

If you have skills including graphic design, fundraising, project writing, proofreading e.t.c., we would love to hear from you! We regularly need someone who is able to create media for the studio's promotion, public relations documents, updating the website/facebook page, and promoting the events.

Summer Manager(s) 2015 - longer term position

We are also interested in hearing from any person/persons who would be interested in a summer stay. We are setting up summer festivals in another location. We are interested in having people who would be interested in having an orientation of the Studios workflow and programming - who would be willing to take on the managing position while we are taking care of festivals.

This Position would include answering emails, opening and closing the building, maintaining spaces, welcoming guests/participants, and scheduling the other workaday guests.

Two persons would be ideal so as to break up the work for the day and be able to have regular time off.

It would be beneficial if you could speak Greek , if not we will find a way to work around that :)
