If you are planning an extended touring trip around Europe and you want to visit lots of places but don't have the budget to stay in rented accommodation then this might be a placement for you.

We are a family home located in a vineyard surrounded by rolling vines in the most beautiful part of South West France. From time to time we also need help with maintenance in the garden, in the house and when we have guests. We are 30 mins away from Bergerac and 1 hour from Bordeaux Airports with their budget airlines covering all of Europe. The Medieval town of Ste Foy La Grande and its train station connecting to the rest of Europe is just 6km away so transport is easy.

I do not need continual help throughout the summer and there are many periods of time where you might have several weeks off and also the odd week off when you can go and travel, leaving all your gear here and just taking a light back pack. Or as one Kiwi couple did buy a car and travel.

Help required:- couples preferred

Throughout the summer is mainly general housework, Veggie plot, pool and garden, room changes, breakfast and looking after guests.
It's fun and happy times!

Also, I have always wanted a Pizza oven in the garden, so if there is anyone out there who would like to come and build me a stone/brick Pizza oven?! Just get in touch if it's something you can do and come and stay for a week or two.

So if you are already planning your trip for next year you might like to base yourselves in the beautiful French countryside and plan your trips around Europe then please get in touch.

Many thanks for reading this and good luck to you wherever you are.

Happy Travels!
All the Best
Shan x
