I have availability from August 22 - 25th for paid accommodation, $35.00 per day, including a light breakfast, and dinner. Perfect for someone who wants to visit Toronto's attractions while staying in a clean, friendly, safe, and very affordable home.

Also, I am presently looking for a HelpX someone in October to cook, clean, and to take my mother (who lives with me) for a walk for half an hour a day. I am very flexible.

A semi-detached home in a safe neighbourhood very close to the subway and all amenities. Hosted by a very experienced Homestay person who works in the school system and has taught English abroad for 7 summers. The house has 4 bedrooms, wifi and is clean. Two Australian Shepherds, ready and willing to share affection also live here.
Please note: I am not looking to host for month long periods, 5 to 7 days max, particularly if there are 2 people. I have limited availability in July or August as I host paying International Language students.

References available (many, from Homestay students).
I am looking for a home handy man/woman primarily but some help during your stay walking the dogs/light housekeeping and general help would be appreciated.
More specifically, I have gardens that need digging, light bulbs to be replaced, windows that need washing, fixtures to be cleaned and some yard work. Perfect for someone who wants to see the wonderful city of Toronto, and brush up on their English skills with a native speaker.
I have no complaints about the food I cook.
