FIND YOUR PASSION AND MAKE A DIFFERENCE

DESCRIPTION

We are a pioneer team who is starting a movement to support an UK registered charity in Norwich. We are looking for people with entrepreneur souls, people who accept big challenges, passionate people to help this big dream come true.

Our charity uses a flexible model to make a difference in our society. The idea is to create kindness projects with a lifetime social impact. To make a difference in our society we must think big, work hard and dedicate a long term stay to make it happen. At the moment, we are working on several projects:

- Our charity headquarters in the beautiful town of Norwich houses an ethical shop, a kindness cafe and an event space, all of which enable us to interact with the local community and seed kindness and awareness towards humans, animals and planet.

- A big celebration venue near Cambridge with the potential to gather big groups of people for training, inspiration or just celebration. It is also the temporary home of our intentional community (see below).

- Oby Mill: A potential educational centre of permaculture for kids, schools and families. A place where people can establish a close connexion with nature and learn how to live in harmony and respect each other.

- AdartHome: Art and Nature retreat in the Ural Mountains Bulgaria. All the profits go to support local cancer projects.

- Your own project/idea: We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to develop their passion. Who knows, you might be the next founder of a project.

Furthermore, one of our longer term goals is to develop an intentional community of like-minded and passionate people, which will be built on kindness, fun and freedom, mind and body well-being. An ethical community without attachment (to sector or religion) but one striving for the protection of our planet, animals and people. We will offer a support foundation for others striving for similar goals through Social Enterprise. Big ideas for sure, hence the need for humble friends and volunteers so we can deliver the mission; do not feel excluded from an application to join this pioneering stage of our project!

PLEASE let us know if you are interested and passionate about making a contribution to the development of this project or are just interested in having a fun work experience. We intend to make your stay with us as memorable as possible, we only ask that you make clear your intention.

HELP

In order to keep this big dream alive, we would like to invite you to get involved in this dream and help us long term. We require a minimum of 3 months of volunteering. We need people with a strong commitment to what they are doing.

To be more specific, we need help running the projects that we've already started. We donít expect you to be a successful and experienced project manager, but at least we want you to be passionate about our cause. Then you can develop your mind to find solutions yourself, improve your multitasking skills, become a strong team-member and adopt a motivational attitude even in the most difficult moments of our journey.

If you already had experience in charity or social care and you have an idea/project you'd like to develop, we're here to support you, your passion and project. Together, we'll find the way to make your ideas happen with the people and resources that we have.

In order to help this dream become true, we need to be flexible and help each other with all the project's needs, as a team. From help to solve the most complicated problems of logistics, to paint some furniture in Bulgaria or help with some maintenance or gardening. Our sacrifice is big but the rewards and social impact will be even greater and memorable.

We try to use the computer as little as we can. But, to be honest, we spend most of our time on it. Also, we regularly have meetings with the paid staff of each project. Our mission is to support them with creative ideas to help them guide the projects through the local social care.

BENEFITS

The volunteers will have the opportunity to get involved and be responsible for long-term projects. This opportunity will allow them to improve their social entrepreneur skills, develop their minds to find solutions by themselves, self-confidence, improve their multitasking skills, be part of a multi-cultural team.

Also, the volunteers will have the opportunity to travel to different places where we are working and explore their surroundings. These places are in Acle, Hickling Heath, Norwich and Cambridge in England and Stob, Bulgaria.

We spend most of our time on the computer. We try to use it as less as we can, though.

ACCOMMODATION

Ours headquarters is located in Norwich at the moment, where we have three room with five beds. Depending on where we are working, we have different accommodation. We are flexible and carry lightweight luggage. Because our constant movement between different cities, we suggest leaving the big luggage at home.

Unfortunately, we donít have the accommodation space that we wish, yet. Another longer term goal we have is to move our headquarters to a comfortable self-sustainable farm, a place that could accommodate this team of pioneers, this intentional community. And enable growth.

It is important to let you know that we cover all the expenses related to food and transport between the different projects.

WHAT ELSE

Sorry to say but all volunteers must be able to speak and understand English.
