Warm house in quintisenntial English country village. Very flexible hours and duties to help with current painting project. Prepping walls for painting. Painting walls. Possibilities of other refurbishment.

You'd have to be able to cook for yourself as we, your hosts will not always be present. For this reason a more mature independent type helper may be most suitable.

It's a small village, and of course, you will be peaceful and respectful of your neighbors.
There is not even a shop so you'll need to be resourceful snd comfortable in isolation.

When we are there, cooking 1 meal a day for us (1 or 2 house-owners) would be a possible requirement.

You will have to take the time to befriend my strange little dog. If anyone has dog care or Dog Sitting references please state.
Experience with horses would be useful but not necessary at this time.

This is a particularly quiet peaceful part of the countryside. There is one pub in the village, a church, a garage, a stables and a roller-hockey arena!

Nearest train station is Rugby approx 1 hour from London Euston with 8 miles to the village. By bus, taxi or collection. Driving would be a bonus but not essential.

Basic cooking, cleaning and/or gardening would be negotiated where specific projects are not happening. Help requirements will be subject to change.

If for example a helper has a specific skill to offer or would like to discuss their own possible project such as creating a vegetable patch, building a treehouse, mud house 'Cobhouse' we would be open to discussion.

You will be introduced to various type of local people and will have a good idea of how a tiny village works.

Looking forward to hearing about you and making your stay as comfortable as possible
