UPDATE: We are free between 5th March and 25th March 2018 and are planning to build a new shed for our geese, duck and chicken pens. If you have construction knowledge your help would be greatly appreciated.

Beautiful property in hilly forest area surrounded by a small river on two sides provides swimming holes and fishing (Victorian Fishing License is required). Opportunity still exists to assist in renovation of the old farmhouse, painting, fencing - upkeep and new install, gardening, paddock maintenance, wood collection/splitting and some housework. We have alpacas, goats, sheep, geese, ducks, chickens, guinea fowls and quails so plenty of animal care to do. We also have a pet dog and indoor cat.

Lots of native wildlife to enjoy, wallabies, koalas, possums, echidnas, kookaburras, wild ducks and many other native birds, with some great bush walks.

Your accommodation is in a 1970's Leyland bus converted to a motor home. It has a full kitchen, lounge area and queen size bed. DVD provided but no free to air TV.

All meals will be with the family.

We are 7.5km from the local shops and train station in Ballan and am happy to pick you up and drop you off at the train station.

We have no mobile phone service at the houses but a short walk to the top of the hill will give you your service provider access. We have WiFi access at the old farmhouse but it is not available in the bus.

We are happy to take you to local events such as the Speedway, Markets and Festivals as we love sharing our lifestyle with others. We are also happy to take you to the Ballarat Wildlife Park or Sovereign Hill in Ballarat but you are expected to pay your own entry fees.
