Hello!
We are a small family-run business consisting of Kristel&Patrick, Henriette (2,5y)&Fridolin (4,5y), at least 2 cats, 3 sheep and 13 ducks.
Formally trained as architects, we started in 2016 our organic CSA farm under the name “Paradieschen” and now this is the paradise for us and our plants.
Our farm is situated in the picturesque East Styria near the medieval Riegersburg Castle and just one hour away from the City of Graz. The area is known for its beautiful landscape but also for great food: actually the famous organic chocolate manufacture Zotter is just 15 minutes away from our place.
Most of our contributors are from Graz and we deliver there the weekly share of the crop: a great opportunity to spend some time in the City.
There is plenty to do at our farm: either on the field helping with the plants or in and around the house with housekeeping and building. Generally you can expect an average working day of about 4-6 hours, depending on the work to be done. The accommodation is in a newly erected wooden house (matress, compost toilet nearby, shower in the main house).
We are a multicultural family and we love to meet and share our time and space with free-spirited people ready to give us a hand with our daily duties.
How to get to pr place:
1. the nearest railway station is fehring, we can arrange a pickup for you
2. another possibility is to meet in graz (we are ~2times a week there)
