Hello and thanks for taking the time to look at Mt. Calm's profile.

We're currently looking for Helpers who can stay for a month or longer.

The property is on 160 acres, 900 metres above sea level, with its own microclimate. It has share and self-contained accommodation, horse facilities, small orchard and veggie gardens.

Helpers are welcome to borrow books, videos and cds from the library. For those musically, artistically or spiritually minded, a piano, guitar, easel and yoga mats are located in the lounge area.

Horse riding lessons are available for beginner-intermediate riders.

I offer flexible working hours; double room with comfortable queen bed, storage space, and shared bathroom; a scenic, quiet rural location; a shared creative space; extensive gardens and a wide variety of farm animals to work with.

Helpers *must* have some form of farm, trade, equestrian or labouring experience, *must* be over 23 and understand and speak English fluently.

Helping tasks include fencing, gardening, home maintenance and assistance with animals. I'm happy to accommodate *genuine* helpers who are okay with working independently, have a good work ethic and are reliable. I prefer helpers with an eye for detail, who are willing to learn and take initiative.
