Looking for a couple/travel partners to join us in our renovation: HELP EXCHANGE for ACCOMMODATION - (Food not incl.) for 2.5 hours help each person per day.

Landscaper/Carpenter/Builder/Gardening/Cleaning etc (Time negotiated depending on qualifications/exp)
& Partner to help renovate a 3 acre property set in the Noosa Hinterland to be ready for BnB.

You will have the downstairs separate living area with king bed or twin share bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and lounge area. (wifi included)

You'll be joining another couple upstairs also assisting with renovations.

Jobs where building/landscaping skills would be beneficial include:
> Repairing Bali hut
> Spoon drains
> Retaining walls

Additional work:
- Cleaning/painting/gardening/landscaping/filling driveway etc.
- decorating around the house, getting it fit to become a B&B.

600m Walk into town with supermarket, coffee shops/ restaurants, pub, a weekend market, and a number of antique shops.

The property is in a lush rain-forest setting at the foot of Cooroora Mountain, on acreage right in the heart of town. Surrounding trees make for great privacy while relaxing by the pool or having a camp fire in front of the spring-fed pond.

Loads of Australian wildlife right on the doorstep; Kangaroos, stripe banded Wallaby, Possum, abundant bird-life; Kookaburras, King Parrot, Paleface Lorikeet, Kingfisher and many more with the tranquil sounds of the forest to go with it.

Located in the Historical town of Pomona where the Sunshine Coast was first settled. Originally home to the Kabi Kabi indigenous peoples for thousands of years.

We have many local hiking trails and lookouts to explore, with Noosa river and beaches only 25 mins away.

Ideally, you'll have your own vehicle. However we have all necessary amenities in town and a bus to Noosa in the mornings and afternoons, check the following timetable:
