Ongoing development, and maintenance, of native and exotic seedling tree nursery and poplar canes, vegetable gardens, native trees, miniature horses, general farm and property maintenance.

This property is situated between Awanui and Taipa in a peaceful picturesque valley 7 km from state highway 10 and 20 km from Kaitaia. 15 min drive to east coast beaches. There are 2 sleepouts (double beds in both) available for accomodation. Some facilities to be shared with main house. Use of computer for emails. In your off time there are many beaches, walks, lakes and forests within 30 minutes drive. Own transport is essential in order to be able to move around freely as there is no public transport in our area. We breed miniature horses and manage a small tree nursery, Horses, dogs and cats are home pets. We plan to use permaculture and organic methods to create a beautiful and productive environment. Though not vegetarian, we are happy to be negotiable on meeting personal dietry needs. We prefer motivated, self-reliant people who speak reasonable English. Inspiration and imagination welcome.
