We are local Bedouins living in Wadi Rum working in the tourism industry. Our team runs several different tours in Wadi Rum, from Hiking, Climbing, Walking, Camel, and Jeep Tours.
We are looking for a volunteer who would stay at least one month to help us in the following tasks:
- answering clients' requests
- updating our facebook page
- helping the team in the desert camp, like preparing the tents for the guests
- and other office tasks as needed
We will provide free accommodation, the meals, and you will have one day off per week. You will work 4-5 hours per day.
You need the following:
- fluent in English
- able to work in a team and to take personal initiatives
If you are coming for more than one month, you will only have a one month Tourist Visa in Jordan, we will assist you in obtaining a longer Visa from the police station in Wadi Rum.
Please if you decide to take this opportunity, confirm your dates and provide your passport details, as I need to declare your stay with the tourist police as for the local rules.
