Also, are we looking to find a workaway-supervisor for over the period of end June till past mid-July.

Hostel knowledge is a big plus, but, we also are open to anyone who likes to learn! Most important is that we look for responsible and outgoing people, who take ownership over the space/hostel. You like to interact spontaneously in a warm and welcoming manner with our guests! Do not mind upkeep of swimming pool, as well as cook your own and/or communal meals.
WE HOPE TO WELCOME

You like to make music and are artistic in creating/holding a space, are a social and outgoing person. WE ARE PROVIDING FOR
A Shared Dorm Accommodation - where you will be sharing the space with co-workaways and with guests if necessary. During high season and during the summer time we use this shared workaways room also for guests. We provide you of a small weekly food allowance of 10 Euro per person per week, for you to buy your own food at the market. We included a basic proportional breakfast, consisting out of cereal, toast, juice and milk, and, we offer tea, coffee and hot chocolate all day.
We ask you to work around the 2 to 4 hours a day, when busy in average 5 days a week, if necessary. And, you are at least 2 days off. We also can ask you to cover for the manager(s) to provide some time off per week.
THE WORK WITH US
Consists out of reception and hosting tasks, cleaning and housekeeping as well as some basic administrative work. As we are not that busy yet, it comes mostly down to making sure you are around to answer the phone-calls and emails, deal with a check-in or two, and be responsible of the operations of all systems of the hostel. We do not expect you to work all day, nevertheless, do expect you all to be self-motivated, energetic, outgoing, expressive and responsible persons. We aim to let everyone do the work what he or she likes most, frequently changing the type of work to avoid repetitiveness.
For summer season (which is not high season in Andaluz) we are looking for a Workaway Supervisor who likes to cover for the manager during his time off. Inquire with us for information about that, if you are interested in learning the trades of hostel keeping as supervisor.
The team consists out of a constantly varying size, between the 1 to four workaways and up to two managers. At this moment the Hostel is managed by Wouter (37-year-old creative, adventurer, artistic, outdoor and music lover) and supported by our amazing team of workaways. Working together in making the hostel space even more homelike and welcoming to our guests.
We are all about the balance between calm and having fun in our very chilled atmosphere! As the Hostel is still in the ramp-up, we are working on all sorts of ideas and activities to generate new guests, as our hostel just opened in April 2017.
The hostel in a gorgeously rural area with all the upsides of being away from the city. When you would have your own transportation means, that would be great. If not, no worries no hurries, there are heaps of amenities in our town Los Corrales.
We do want to make sure you are very comfortable with your stay in our quiet, rural and very traditional Spanish area. There are buses to the villages nearby, and the trains from there (Campillos, Osuna, Bobadilla or Antequera) can bring you to Malaga, Granada and Seville. When it fits the schedule, we can always have a look if we can pick you up from a nearby town. Be aware, this is a place where you need to be able to entertain yourselves! ??
