Building an eco lodge hostel and spa for backpackers in the middle of a banana, coffee, cacao, bamboo plantation

My goal is to turn it into kind of a spiritual retreat where backpackers can reconnect with nature,
take time off from the hectic pace of traveling,
spend time to get to know each other,
do yoga, meditation, all kinds of workshops, learn about medicinal plants, do juicing and detox followed by a sauna and jacuzzi

Accommodations
For now there is one bamboo cabana (shown in the picture) and brand new tents with very comfy mattresses, pillows, blankets
Outside showers with amazing view in the middle of banana trees supplied by natural spring water

Food (but i'm not much of a cook !!!) and lodging are provided for 5 hours a day per person,
unlimited supply of homegrown bananas, plantains, lemons, yucca, sugar cane). Fresh homegrown fish, eggs, cow milk from my neighbors

We are an eco-village (non profit organization) located 10km from the town of Cartago, in the Cauca Valley (3 hours from Cali and 1 from Pereira) in a unique rural environment. The Park is settled in the heart of the Colombian Andes; the area is very green and natural, surrounded by fields, with incredible views of sunrises and sunsets. This small Dutch-Colombian foundation is always looking for volunteers who want to help in our little kindergarten or who want to organize activities with the children of this little village (English, computer or art classes or all different sport or cultural activities). The local football and volleybal teams can always use some support. We are currently increasing our range of activities and have started a programm for childcare and teaching in the neighbouring village Quamaral. The local teacher has requested English lessons, so she can give better classes herself in the future.
All ages are welcome, costs are for accommodation (incl. water, gas and electricity) and meals only (203,000 Col peso or $112 dollars per week).
You will work and stay in a very poor village called Paluato. Only some houses are connected to the water network and electricity is unreliable. The locals are welcoming, lovely and positive Colombian families.

We are located in Guatavita, one and half hours north from Bogota. It is an amazing beautiful place, full of energy, with ancient mystical indigenous places. It is very near from Laguna de Guatavita, the volcanic lake which gave birth to the El Dorado Legend, a place considered as one of the strongest energetic vortexes in South America.

We are two brothers who after living in the city for few years, and having traveled some more, wanted to settle down in this magical place. We want to change the relationship between people and land in this area. With so much ancient wisdom and tradition in the area, it is sad to see how agriculture has been modeled for single crop systems, which relegate farmers to market domination relationships. We want to bring back traditional farming systems, based as well on permaculture and biodynamic principles, to integrate a more balance relationship with the land.

GENERAL:
Our organisation is a family-based and very small ecologist Foundation in Colombia, we contribute to protect andean mounts (east side of colombian andean system), its ecosystem and biodiversity, for as much as we can (which is just a bit from what is needed).

The volunteer program we offer is for either (1) interchange with some farm work -different options- at one lovely rural place we have in Gámbita -Santander, Col- at 1,900 m of altitude, surrounded by great mountains and the east Andes mountain chain, waterfalls, rivers and basically a pure nature spot, close but not affected by urban life; or (2) cultural interchange, teaching (languages, arts, music and/or different skills) to rural kids from the village, in the same nature spot previously stated -Gámbita-.
