We are a company in the north of Malawi producing essential oils (lemon Eucalytpus oil, Rose geranium, lemongrass and citronella oil) in the middle of the beautiful Viphya Forest Reserve.

Our oils are used in a range of products in the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries, and ultimately in natural insect repellents like Mosiguard Natural, that contain no chemicals whatsoever and are effective for upto 10 hours.

After some research we decided to try out earthbag building, a very new earthen building method which is both easy to learn and carry out and which results in very thick, cool, extremely strong and earthquake resistant walls. So far we have one building standing, the next one is currently being built! We have also be... more inside
