We are approximately 90klm from Perth city, and 20 minutes from the holiday coastal town of Mandurah. We have an Equestrian and training centre on 40 acres.
We would like it if you enjoyed being with horses, as we would like help with making feeds, feeding and rugging, waters, and picking up yards and paddocks.
Other duties would be helping with the general daily running and maintenance of the property and help within the home would be great along with some cooking.
Some horse experience would be preferred but not essential, but you must like horses and dogs as we have 2 dogs as well. (You are not required to ride, just to help out).
Majority of the horses here are quarterhorses.
If you dont mind working outside getting your hands dirty, then you could just be the person we would love to share our home with.
In exchange for your help each day (around 5 hours), we offer your own room and bathroom in our house all meals supplied. You must be non smoker, and have a good underst... more inside

Exciting opportunity near Great Ocean Road.

FARM and HOUSE / GARDEN HELP WANTED From NOW ! Telephone me!

This is an awesome time to be on our busy farm- Spring has the best weather! There are lots of farm jobs and projects in the garden!

The weather is glorious at present, no mosquitoes and plenty of sunshine, cool nights and warm days. Mangosteen season is over but now I have tree maintenance and the taro season is in full swing. Handy if you can climb trees as the insides of my mangosteens need a good prune. The vegie patch is yielding a few greens every night and the promise of more variety to come if the weather is kind. Weeding in the taro field is neverending, regard it as a form of meditation!!! This is an isolated farm so only for those who love the bush and nature. I go to town only once a week.
My farm is on the banks of the Daintree River in far north Queensland, 100kms north of Cairns. I grow Mangosteens and Taro. Accomodation is in two spare rooms in the house. Access is by boat only so it is a bit like living on an island, if you have a 4WD then there is a bush track which is passable in the dry season only, otherwise it is perfectly safe to leave your car in the township as I do. Unfortunately I... more inside
