We are so grateful to all of the people who have visited us at the farm. Everyone has shared their culture, traditional dishes, wonderful conversation, travel stories, and great ideas, and we are thankful to you all! It has been a fantastic learning experience for all of us.

We have 1.5 hectares of grain, potatoes, and pumpkins. There is also a garden of mixed vegetables and herbs. We have fruit trees (cherries, apricots and peaches), and a meadow from which we collect hay. The barn houses goats, rabbits, and chickens. Help is needed in all of the areas as well as the main house. Knowledge of landscaping would be appreciated, as well as general repairs and painting.

In our hostel you will find 4 dorm rooms and 1 twin room. Besides proximity to the city center, convenient access to the Old Town and the National Stadium, we also offer free Internet access Wi-Fi. We are offering a volunteering programme in Poland, where you will stay in a quality hotel in the middle of the beautiful Polish countryside for 6 days meeting professionals from all over the country in a very laid back environment.

During the programme you will talk in English to Polish business executives..and this is pretty much all what is required from you. Szczecin is only 1,5 hr drive from Berlin and you can check cheap flight connection to Goleniow, Poland :)
Well, mainly you will do is go to English lessons and have some conversations with different students about your nationality, culture, food and you will be guided by the teacher :)
Sometimes we leave you alone just because we would like our students to gain confidence and meet different cultures.

Usually people stay with us for two weeks, we have so many helpers coming we can always change the time depending on our getting along :)

We give accommodation, food (a lot of delicious polish food :) and fun. We are a family of 4 so sometimes you can just help us also with the kids :)

Our farm is situated on a hill of the beautiful Izery mountains between two villages amidst marvelous scenery. The unique attraction of our farm is medieval village consisting of ten wooden houses and a tavern for the occasional parties. Surrounded by fields and forest, the farm is an isolated and peaceful paradise. Even though there are many people visiting year-round (it is also an agrotourist farm), the summer is the best time to come volunteer.

We are implementing some permaculture strategies to build a vegetable and herb garden, which together with the fruit garden form a self-sustaining food source. The volunteers would help with developing the medieval village or with taking care of the plants. In the near future, we would like to build a few wooden houses for another project: an local, self-reliant community that would produce everything for its basic needs in a sustainable way.

I am sure you would find our ranch quite exotic! We have living creatures here, forests, old orchards, meadows and staff. If tractor - thirty years old Russian made machine called Lenin.
No sealed roads. You can wander all day and not meet a single man if you don't want to.
You can have a lot of hard "real man's" jobs here. Mending fences for the horses (first you have to get material from the woods). Making clay walls for the little forest house. Help feeding horses and goats, dogs and cats. Help with the field jobs (depending on the season). Chopping wood for winter. Cooking. And much more. I promise you be tired and satisfied every evening, sitting by the campfire and drinking your beer..

Hello travellers,
We are teachers of foreign languages at a local senior high school. We also run a family business (language teaching, guided bike tours, tour escorts). I teach English and my wife teaches Spanish. We are looking for travellers with interesting stories to tell who would like to make a stopover in our town and give a few conversation classes a week. We will come to classes with you and introduce you to our students of course. We expect the travellers to share their stories with our students and to play with our children (Janek 8 yo and Marianna 5 yo). The aim is to expose our kids to the English and/or Spanish language thru fun and games (we will be there with you most of the time). This is small farm located in small village inside the forest near CZESTOCHOWA. It is peacefully and very easy and quiet place.

This is small pension and camping place where people can rent small vacation houses or just live.
We have some building lands and now we start with new project. Actually we try to build and sale / rent small cheap wooden houses. Theses houses could be shared in two separated flats, by two family to help not to rich people to find as cheap accommodation for permanent stay, as it is possible.
For example we accept as a part of payment for new house, that people will work and help to build their future house where they will live.

Our names are Konstancja and Frank and we moved to Jizera Mountains from different places.
Konstancja is engaged in handicraft. She is working with natural fabrics, from silk, linen to the felt, is making silk-screen prints, weaves, dyes and paints. Frank is primarily working with the use of recycled materials.
There is organic garden with vegetables and fruits. Our project now is rebilding old warehouse closed to old railway station
where is now cultural center with theater and gallery.
Projects include general farm work, mainly gardening especially in the vegetable garden, will involve manual weeding, planting, transplanting and harvesting of crops.
Winter projects would be, cutting fire wood and helping with art projects.
We are also involved in the local association Unia Izerska, and our project is now is to build bike path through the woods to Czech Repablic wchich is 3km away.
