Helpers urgently needed to renovate a house for a hostel from March 2013, in the charming village of Ledenice, near Risan (on the fjord) in Montenegro.
Particularly welcome would be those with building, carpentry skills and general DIY experience, as I desperately need an old roof reinforced.
Also welcome general helpers mainly for outside work.
Life is basic but wholesome here - come for a taste of real rural Montenegro!

This is an off-grid, clothing optional, eco-campsite, that we (Steve & Denise) have created from nothing. Originally from the UK we emigrated to Montenegro in 2006 with the dream of establishing a clothing optional resort.
Off-grid means no mains power, water or sewerage (we use solar power & a generator, pump water from our stream, use 'dry' toilets and have our own waste water disposal system). Clothing optional means you can choose to wear clothes or not - there's no compulsion either way, guests & volunteers wear as little or a much as they choose. See our website for details.
We are open from May to September. We welcome guests from all over the world to our campsite. And we welcome volunteers to help us develop our eco living. We provide you with a comfy bed in a tent, 3 meals a day and drinks (tea, coffee & juice). We will ensure you have 2 days off per week and reasonable breaks & rest periods during the working day.

We are looking for a Male person to join our staff working six hours per day, during august and september! in exchange of accomodation and breakfast! Your duties will include cleaning, laundry, light gardening, preparing beds and party with our guests!

This is a small hostel in the interesting capital of Montenegro. Montenegro is a beautiful country which is being discovered by more tourists and backpackers each year. We are in our second year of operation.
Podgorica is in the center of this small country. It is well connected with domestic and international buses and train lines. It is a good base to explore the Balkans, as it is surrounded by Bosnia, Croatia, Serbia, Kosovo, Macedonia and Albania.
There is also an over night ferry to Italy from the coast, which is just one hour away from Podgorica. And there is a new international airport with many connections.
Many great day trips are easily taken from Podgorica to popular cities in Montenegro such as Kotor, Kolasin and Budva. The 2.5 hour train ride to the quaint village of Kolasin has some of the most spectacular mountain views of any in Europe. In the winter there is skiing in Kolosin as well as in Zablijak, located within the beautiful Durmitor National Park.
