The work consists of cleaning the hostel, which is quite small. It takes less than 2 hours in total. The second part of the work consists of recommending things to the guests and getting to know them a little bit. We want to help enjoy the best parts about Guadalajara on a budget and in an easy way!

This backpackers Hostel is a lovely Mexican style Villa situated in Puerto Escondido, a Surfing Paradise. The Hostel is a very relaxed place and we are surrounded by large mature Mango trees which attract Squirrels, Humming birds and the local Iguana.
The work itself is cleaning, making beds, guest entertainment, late check-ins, painting and gardening. Hours are from 10 am to 1 pm (3 hours)and the occasional late check/in. I offer free accommodation, free booze and free laundry. The House itself is beautiful and has a large fully equipped kitchen, lots of hammocks and bright clean rooms. We are close to surfing and swimming beaches (15 min).

Dear helpers, you are welcome to apply for a beautiful winter in Veracruz!

You are welcome to stay with us during winter time, from January till mid April 2018. We have a very interesting project that has to be taken care of: a vanilla plantation. It had a good start, and we would like to continue the project, and this could be a unique experience for you. The work in the vanilla plantation (the pollination) begins middle of February and lasts till middle of April, and we need somebody who is truly interested in the cultivation of the vanilla orchid, it needs a steady hand, a good eye and a sense of care and dedication.

In January and February there is help required for pruning of the orange trees, helping in irrigation, among all the other work mentioned further down.

Hay lugar... more inside

Si nos vemos a nosotros mismos como parte i... more inside
