We are a couple Mr Lubega Gonzaga & Mrs Paskazia Lubega and our family live in Masaka, a nice town in central Uganda, we have a plantation in the countryside, with bananas, coffee, plantain, beans, maize, carrots, pumpkins, pawpaws, jackfruits, avocados etc... We do all the farmwork by ourselves, and the harvest is used for the family and partly sold on local market.

We have a group called LOVE MAKES A DIFFERENCE for helping ORPHANS AND NEEDY CHILDREN and we have now 29 orphans we help through mobilising community support and we offer these orphans with scholastic materials, like books, pens, uniforms, clothes etc..

We would appreciate your help in maintaining the plantation according to the seasonal needs (diging, planting, weeding, pruning, harvesting etc...)Or your help with the orphans in any way possible....

Once you are in Masaka town we can collect you from the bus stop for free and from airport we can still pick you BUT you contribute towards transport.

The ministry is An active amazing Church here in Mbale and i am a member of the Ministry,My name is Nabujejere Gloria, i help-out with one of the Media Centers down here too. I worship/sing and am involved in the management of the choir and a few outdoor activities for the choir and church, youth and also a little with the women in church. The church is a small Born Again(christian) church ministry, we have as any other church prayers on Sundays, we have Bible studies on Tuesdays and Thursdays, choir practice on Fridays, and Saturdays. we have a small project school in a near by village in affiliation with one of the churches there. We are trying to help a few needy children down here. we also have women with a little or no education who do some baking, farming through the week and sell the products to acquire some income for themselves, and the church too.

I am a principal of a primary school.
We have so far 35 foster kids and we would love to have volunteers in our small organisation and at our school. We welcome visitors here and if you want, we can pick you from the airport Entebbe and you can just pay the fuel or when you are already in Uganda and you want to come to Masaka, we can pick you from the bus park in Masaka without pay. So whoever is ready to come is welcome.Due to the inflation and rise of prices of things in Uganda, we will always charge 15 dollars per night, this includes accommodation, local meals, wishing clothes, Water bills, Electricity bills and other simple things that you need help like taking you to town and move around to the place like Lake Nabugabo and for internet use at home.

This is a Community Based Organization (CBO) with its registration Number 1645. This project was started in 2003 with 5 Orphaned children and 3 Widowed women and at the moment the project caters for around 150 Orphans and Vulnerable children in our community.
We are looking for Volunteers who can be part of our activities such as; help in our community schools where our children attend, help in our orphanage home, help with new project(s) of constructing a new orphanage home, we also welcome your ideas for better progress of our project.
You can also sponsor some of our children for 6 months or for a full year with school lunch, Scholastic materials, sleep well pack, House Hold support and whatever idea which brings hope to this project is welcome.
You can have accommodation in the orphanage home in a separate single room. We also offer local foods for free.

We are a small village health clinic located in Mayenze village of Manafwa district, only a 30 minute matatu (local minibus) ride from the larger city of Mbale. Currently we have 3 doctors on staff as well as one dentist and you are welcome to assist us in taking vitals, giving shots, diagnosing and treating of patients and providing health education talks to the surrounding villages. Additionally, we are affiliated with lots of places in Mayenze you could also volunteer your time, including: a widow and orphan organization, schools and local farms. We welcome people with a medical or dental background as well as anyone interested in learning about health care in Uganda!

GUESTS WELCOMED OVER THE CHRISTMAS - NEW YEAR PERIOD
Our lodge is in a rural location in SW Uganda, and this small not-for-profit Guest House has been built in order to give volunteers and visitors an opportunity to stay in a beautiful area where few westerners have ever worked with the local community before.

There is much volunteers with a western education can do to help the people in the surrounding villages, depending on their interests and skills.

We have opened our own Nursery/Primary School adjacent to the Lodge and have over 400 students aged 3-15 years attending from the surrounding villages each day. Many are orphans or children coming from very poor farming families with little income. A small profit from our volunteer accommodation plus a low-cost sponsorship scheme enables them to attend school for free and get a good start to life

I am the Managing Director of an entertainment company that deals with entertainment at a large scale, am also a Tv and Radio Producer working with a local Tv and radio down here. I have a young performing arts team doing all types of performing arts namely dance, music, drama and so much more. this way I thought, I can make a difference in Our Society where young people are jobless, idle and have lost hope of living. through this Arts Team, they find out that their talents can make them a way to happiness that was not there. So, I need Volunteers that can encourage and motivate them, help with the script writing of short films and drama, dance choreography (Break dance, hip pop, salsa, ballet etc...), Music and film production.
