My name is Aziz, I'm 33 years old, and have been a farmer for over 25 years in Morocco. I'm beginning the switch from conventional farming to organic farming, looking to begin to sustainably harvest my crops of sugar beets, wheat, beans, olive trees, grass for the animals, and some other vegetables. I have a 3 hectare farm myself, however there are amble opportunities to work with other farmers in the community looking to begin organic agriculture. I speak Arabic, English, French fluently and small amounts of Spanish / German. I have 10 years of experience working with the Peace Corps and international volunteer programs. I've also spent three years traveling here in Africa to other countries in Europe to see other cultures.
My transition to organic farming is in the beginning stages. The first step is rebuilding the soil, therefore I'm looking for volunteers with experience in compost making (hot compost, cold compost, etc). Or, people who are willing to do the research to start...

We are located in a wonderful bay on the Atlantic coast of Morocco, in an authentic berber village, Tafedna, yet preserved from mass-tourism.
We are building an ecological structure with phytotreatment basins for the water, dry toilets, waste-sorting and upcycling.
Our structure will consist of accomodation (berber tents), an artists' residence that will invite both artists from Morocco and Europe to create on a specific theme twice a year, and a library open to everybody and especially to the children of the surrounding schools.
Our main goal is first to create a peaceful place, where culture can be accessible to everyone and then develop an ecological consciousness in the area.
Don't hesitate to come and share this human experience with us. Tajine, couscous, beautiful sunset on the beach and donkey rides available :)
We need hands and ideas that come from all around the world but skilled people like plumbers, carpenters or electricians are more than welcome :)

We have an organic farming project including orga urkult (electro-magneto culture), using pyramids, agnihotra, permakultur & more in the palm groves of Ouled Driss near Mhamid, We seek volunteers to give us a hand to build clay brick houses, a 3m pyramid, huge raised patches and more hard work like change the terrain into a mix of food forest & perma garden with the different techniques we use. ALL ORGANIC
heat & water are the issues down there. we have more than enough water and very fertile soil, but also very salty. we want to create an autark and self sustaining place where like minded people can meet and stay long term in case of TSHTF in the western world.
As it is an BIO Riad Host Farm we need help with the building, clients and garden, basically with running a business which is too much for my wife and me alone at this moment in time. There is one big rooms, a house in the shape of a tent & spartanic shower & toilet facilities, 4 beds in that room, so you ll have to s...

We are a Berber family in the village on the edge of the desert Sahara. We have a bivouac with traditional Berber tents situated 8 km from village Tamegroute where we live.
Our idea is to find someone who wants to live in our Sahara Desert Bivouac for a while, take care of it and keep it clean and tidy for tourists. There is a well with water 5 minutes by walk from bivouac but there is no electricity, only candles. We offer you accommodation in our typical nomad tents but food isn't provided if there aren't tourists while you are there. We can buy food and organise food transport for you by local people for symbolic price or you can be independent and take care of your needs on your own, as you prefer. The Sahara Desert Bivouac is sometimes full of tourists, sometimes there is only Ali who takes care of bivouac or cooks for tourists, but sometimes there is noone there for days. So we are looking for serious people who are flexible with rough conditions in the desert and who ...

1 hour and a half from Ouarzazate, 30 minutes from Boulmane du Dades, in the Jebel Sahro area. Famous trekking destination. Work would be in the garden (navet, potatoes, wheat, barley), with the village association (cleaning the village, maintaining 4x4 pistes, irrigation channels).
Languages spoken: the locals speak Moroccan Arabic and Tamazight, I speak French, a bit of English and Spanish.
