Taraz is the oldest city in Kazakhstan. It is located in the south of the country, near the border with Kyrgyzstan, on the Talas River. The population of the city is about 400 thousand people. There are an international airport, a railway station, bus stations, shopping centers, entertainment complexes, many public gardens and parks.
Our school teaches everyone who wishes to learn English according to the ESL methodology. In our center we hold thematic meetings, a conversation club and other interesting events.

Our course has more than 500 students, most of them, they are kids and teenagers and some adults.
We practice mostly speaking, that's why we are interested in foreigners and we often go out with our students, to mountains, to aqua-parks,to go cycling, to ice-skating etc. I think that's what makes our course special, we are like family. We had a lot of foreigners already and our student they volunteer and show our foreigners city sights and some of them drive them to different places.
We are located in Almaty city, the most beautiful city in Kazakhstan.

The property is located near Almaty city. It is a country house. Many families keep this kind of summer houses in our country. In Russian language we call it "dacha". It is some kind of addition to apartment that was allowed by Soviet government so people could grow their own food. This kind of houses were special to our people as most of things there were created with their own hands. People put their souls in dachas. Those houses were places where people could emotionally relax and take a rest from city life.

Or family owns one of those. I'm a traveler on my own and come back to Kazakhstan very seldom. My mother takes care of our dacha and shares her love with this land. HelpX is perfect solution for her because she doesn't have time to take care of all things there. So basically your work will be helping around the house in exchange for a place to stay. We have some warm community of seniors formed with many years that you could learn about culture of our country from.
