The most relaxed community movie house in Phnom Penh can need your help!

The Flicks Community Movie House is the most popular and according to the Lonely Planet the "most uber-comfy" movie house in Cambodia.

It is a small but very comfy setup with a bar, terrace and a small snack kitchen. In an air conditioned movie room with a big screen expatriates in town watch the movies that can't see anywhere else, from blockbusters, film festival winners to classic art-house. While sitting on comfy rattan sofas or lying on comfy cushions.

The staff consists of me, being a Dutch expat, a few expat volunteers and fun HelpX'ers from around the world.

I need help with the daily running of the movie house in order to give myself a break and allow me to fulfill other activities I have in town.

A bar and guesthouse on Otres Beach with 6 bungalows and 6 dorm beds surrounding a huge geodesic dome, which houses the common area. Great for chillin out of the sun and listening to good tunes.

Hi, my name is Mr Rady I am the Headmaster of a small English school just outside Siem Reap. The school is funded by charitable donations and is free for all 250 students who attend.

I would like to invite people from all around the world to come and volunteer at my school. Volunteers can teach English or help in other way they can. Previous volunteers have helped erect a fence, paint, plant trees and build a football pitch. Any help you can give is always appreciated and the students love to speak to people from around the world.

Our future aim is to build a computer room in the school so that students can have free access to computer lessons and learn essential I.T skills.

Volunteers can stay at my home with my family which is about 20 minutes walk from the school. I have mattresses, pillows, blankets and mosquito nets. A collaboration of two foreign owned bars/live music venues are seeking two young, friendly, out going people to assist with bar-work and bar promotions at both venues.

Bar #1: Is Phnom Penh's latest installment in Phnom Penh's ever-growing independent arts and music scene. Very funky space patroned by extraordinary individuals. Complete with a specially designed band room.

Bar #2: Located on Phnom Penh's late night bar and club street, this independent rock-bar is one of the last bastions of the old (now filled in) lakeside. Open between 7pm-5am 7 days a week. We are one of the few late-night bars that is, and will always remain hostess free.

Events: Both bars host co-op events, including Phnom Penh's most successful tuk-tuk bar crawl. Open art nights and live music events.

This is a charity based in the capital city of Cambodia, Phnom Penh and is run by expats. We give support to the very poor or homeless Khmer people that have no land. Our prime objectives are health, education/vocational training and when necessary family aid, to keep the family living together with their children.

Please join us if you are looking for something rewarding to do whilst in Cambodia and would like to help us with kindergarten assistance or safe water deliveries to the rural villages we support. This is a small organisation created with the aim of helping the children and families in living in the Otres Beach area of Sihnoukville. Presently, we run an English school located in the grounds of Otres Chas pagoda. The school is FREE to all the children living in the area.

As we grow, we hope to provide outreach services in the local community to assess family needs and provide individual family sponsorship accordingly.

We require volunteer teachers who have some experience and preferably have a TEFL certificate. It is better for the children if volunteers can commit to more than 2 weeks, although all help is welcome. Students are taught once a week: Grade 1 Monday, Grade 2 Tuesday etc. from 9am-10am. When staffed the school can offer classes from 3pm - 4pm too. We're currently completing the decor and furnishing of a second classroom which will double the English provision.

We have a bungalow resort with bar and restaurant on Otres Beach just outside of Sihanoukville, Cambodia.

As the slow season begins we are looking for a helper to design a website. We ask that you bring your own computer. We will provide a camera and anything else that may be required to build a website.

This being Footprints first wet season we are also looking for builders, (plumbers, electricians, carpenters) That will work along side our Cambodian handy man.

From June to October we are looking for short term helpers to repair and maintain the facilities for the upcoming season.
