Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I live in a beautiful house in the south east of Ireland about 140 kilometers from Dublin and 3 kilometers from the small town of Graig-na-Managh, Co Kilkenny which has daily buses to Kilkenny city. I live on 15 hectares which include 7 hectares of native woodland with pathways and a waterfall. I am involved in several different projects and am looking forward to welcoming you to my home and getting some help around here.

Hi there! I have a lovely peaceful, country home with an organic garden near the centre of Ireland and near the ancient and pagan Hill of Uisneach. People travelled from all over the world here in pre-Christian days, so you won't be the first! Its about 1.5hrs from Dublin and from Galway. Looking for help with gardening and housework including some indoor painting if it suits, free vegetarian food and bed plus some lifts if required. We look forward to hearing from you! Hoping it will be both fun and learning for all! Sorry no dogs as I have 2 cats who wouldn't be impressed! Au revoir, Richard

My family and I moved here 2 years ago to our 130year old house. It had been my dream to live here since I used to holiday on Valentia as a child. We have a lot of work to do and not enough time to do it.....
I am an English language teacher and would be happy to help you practice your English, if you need to, in addition to providing accommodation and meals to someone who would like to spend some time helping us in our garden and/or making home improvements.
You will have plenty of time to explore our beautiful island and we will be glad to show you around during your stay. Our home is centrally located and perfect for accessing all points on the island by bike or on foot.
We always try to have our main meals together and we all love to cook.
We love animals and share our home with 1 dog and 2 cats.

At present we are looking for someone to do general house work. In particular we need someone who can cook, knows their way around keeping a house together (clean and tidy!) and sometimes can help to mind a stubborn 3 year old and a 1 year old. We have an absence of extended family in our vicinity as I am not originally from Galway!

We live in a lovely area of Galway, 15 mins by bus to the centre. We have a lovely park beside us called Cappagh Park, and Barna Woods is lovely for a walk. We are also between two coastal areas, Salthill; a very well known area of Galway, and Silver Strand in Barna, so there is access to nice beach walks or walking/jogging the Salthill Prom - this is a stretch of 3km and overlooks Galway Bay.
Galway is well known for it's multicultural aspects and there is always something to do or go to here, unfortunately not for parents of small babies though!! There are many festivals or mini festivals. A quick google search would give you some idea! We are on t... more inside
