We run a small guesthouse overlooking a beautiful sandy beach and located by the harbour on a small island off the west coast of Ireland. We also have a sheep farm and vegetable garden. The island has a winter population of approx. 150 people but this increases in summertime with visiting tourists when lots of extra activities take place.
We need help in the guest house, in the garden and in a small coffee shop which we open in June. (approx 4 to 5 hours a day). In exchange we offer accommodation (two bedrooms with own bathroom), 3 meals a day and a chance to explore our beautiful island, swim, sail or fish in the crystal clear waters right beside us and engage in the social aspect of our island community by learning our traditional songs and dances.
It would suit two friends or a couple but a single person would also be welcome. A minimum of 1 month stay would be preferable.

Hello!
Eventually spring is on its way, and the days are getting longer and we are looking for help in the house and in the garden again. Just now we are looking for one or two people to help to spring clean the house and start digging in the garden. We have a new puppy and are looking for someone who can entertain her the occasional times when there is no one at home. We have a few sheep that are about to lamb and we always need an extra pair of hands for that as well.

We are a Swedish/Irish family living in a large Georgian house five miles outside Birr in the heart of Ireland. My name is Anna and I'm from Sweden, my husband Eamon is from Galway. We have four daughters, between 12 and 18 years old.We are a happy and welcoming family, with interests like horses, drama, and we love meeting people from all over the world. We breed horses and have an old dog, Pippi and a puppy called Sybil, who also loves meeting people. We have two cats who live outdoors and some chickens who are... more inside

I need two good workers to paint my fishing boat during the summer (June-July). It will take at least 3 weeks of work, 5 days a week, from 9pm to 5 pm (including breaks and lunchtime). Hard workers please.
Sleeping places on the boat (a cabin with several beds) and you can cook for yourself on the boat.
Plenty of things to see on Inishmor during the week-end and the evenings.

First week is a trial time.

P.S. : Please no drinkers...
