Hello,.
I have a lovely property which I have listed on airbnb for paying guests, pool, spa, sauna, lovely rooms, great garden, bbq, games etc You can google it on airbnb under 6A Wanneroo West Australia - retreat for groups ..
While I don't have paying guests I invite travellers from Helpex to enjoy the property in exchange for work.
I need help in the following: raking, sweeping, weeding, cleaning leaves from pool, general gardening. Also a handyman, electrician, mechanic, plumber.
You will need good English, a happy personality and a good worker. We offer a great place but expect good help in exchange.

I am a happy host who goes out of her way to assist people, and help make their trip pleasant, (check out my references!). We eat well(mainly organic and healthy) and enjoy life.

Work hours depend on how well you work and skills involved. Longer hours can be worked in order to take days off for sightseeing. 4 working hours for simple gardening, cleaning or uns... more inside

UPDATE JUNE 2018 -- WE ARE NOW LIVING IN TOWN BUT ARE STILL OPEN TO HOSTING AT BOTH LOCATIONS!

We love welcoming backpackers, helpx travellers, itinerant farm workers, and rural workers getting their 2nd year visa. We cannot sign off 2nd year visa, but we can support you while you find paid work with our neighbours or network.

We have two accommodation options --

1) Spare bedroom with QS bed and own ensuite at our little house in town, or
2) "The Cowaravan" caravan with a double bed and a kitchen, at the farm.

We ask for 14 hours help/week in exchange for the accommodation.

In exchange for the townhouse room, we would appreciate support with cleaning and babysitting.

In exchange for the caravan on the farm, we'd love help with general garden maintenance. Work at the farm could include weeding, landscaping, tidying up, fence building and general construction.

If you are a handyman with initiative, home renovator or carpenter, we’d love to hear from you. W... more inside

I live in a large family home with my 20 year old son on a beautiful outer suburban property by a creek. On our doorstep are beautiful wildflower walk trails (and kangaroos!:) in Mundy Regional Park and Lesmurdie Falls National Park. Kanyana Wildlife sanctuary is nearby.
We have a large garden that needs lots of work. I have an art studio where I conduct art classes for children. The home is located in the Perth hills about 30 minutes from the city centre and 15 minutes to the airport. The accommodation is a large bedroom in our house suitable for a couple. The room has its own entrance door onto the surrounding deck. There is a shared bathroom and a large family kitchen.
I would need 15 hours help from each person for one week accommodation. Additional hours would be negotiated depending on the food/meals required. Full board, that is accommodation and three meals each day would require 4 hours work each day for 6 days. The help I need is mostly general gardening and some s... more inside

** Places available now.

We are a fledgling small holding with big dreams and plans. Having built our home in the middle of old growth Karri forest, we now have many landscaping projects and on-going maintenance to attend to. Our long term goal is self sufficiency. Helpers who are both skilled or un-skilled are welcome.

We have three lovely children and two large but elderly dogs so it's important that you like both varieties if you would like to stay with us.

Whilst we are in the middle of the forest, we are only an easy 3km walk from beautiful Denmark town. We are happy to make bicycles available to helpers if you don't have a car we can pick you up from town if you have caught the bus. Denmark is a thriving town with many natural highlights to offer visitors - there's just so much to do! Also close to Albany (by Australian standards at least!)

Hello Hepful Helpers :)

We have space for 1 full time and 1 part time helpers in a shared room, from Wednesday, 29th May 2018. You can stay for 2-6 weeks, with a one-week trial initially.

We are a spiritually inclined (non denominational and non religious) and slightly strangely structured family - currently we are 3 adults and 2 kids. Our house and lifestyle are modest and in some ways unusual, as we are a family that is more interested in joy than in historical social conventions. So if you can enjoy living outside of the box a little, you will enjoy living here.

We are interested in harmony, and we are always keen to talk about all kinds of meditation, world music and dance, natural farming, co-operative economics, etc. we would be keen to go deep into most subjects, and you might be challenged by our way of seeing thing, but we will not impose our ideas on anyone, as independent minds are our first priority. our interest in creating harmony doesn’t always mean we ma... more inside
