ARE YOU AVAILABLE NOW or SOON?

We have an architect designed renovated, wooden 3 bedroom holiday house, within walking distance of Shoreham Beach (and Honeysuckle Beach).

This beautiful, comfortable and peaceful property, set within an acre of garden and bushland has a feeling of seclusion and space.

We are looking for a responsible, trustworthy, independent couple (minimum age 26) to help with a range of jobs, including painting, varnishing, cleaning and many things related to getting the house sorted for holiday stays. We seek people with DIY & painting experience - people who can whipper snip, mow the lawn and weed the garden. We are looking for people who have energy and enthusiasm & a good eye for detail. We have some extra furniture stored on the property that needs bringing up to the house (20metres away & nothing too heavy). The right couple will be given some independence at the property as we come and go. This also means that you can also cook for yourselves a... more inside

Originally from Melbourne i moved to the King Valley in 2007 to begin building a farm from a stump riddled harvested pine plantation.
With almost all the stumps now removed and nine kilometres of fencing dividing the property into sections i am able to run an assortment of animals including 70 goats , 15 Wessex saddleback pigs , two alpaca's and twenty Damara sheep , Dexter cattle, 17 holstien calves and
American Bison
Gardening is a passion of ours so we try and grow as much as we can or harvest from the wild many types of fruit as they become available in the local area .
There is plenty to do and see in this high rainfall , hilly wine growing region with rivers , snow , markets and a great social community holding regular get togethers.

This 3 bedroom seaside family residence is one of only twelve houses directly opposite Point Lonsdale Front Beach. A perfect location for the summer. The house is within walking distance to shops - cafes, internet cafe, grocery, newsagent, clothes etc. & this small friendly community is on one point of the entrance to Port Philip Bay. The views from the front bedroom and sitting rooms are breathtaking & at this point the ships enter the mouth of the bay on their way to Melbourne.

There are beautiful hikes, walks, bike rides, swimming & surfing within walking distance of the house.

From 15th Feb until 29th we are looking for someone or a couple to paint and finish off a DIY job on our holiday house. This will include cleaning and getting the house ready for renting out. We are looking for skilled DIY helpers (preferably a couple) to undertake a variety of jobs in and around the house and garden. Hi, we are a family or four, two boys aged 2 and 4 as well as an overseas aupair.

Our farm at the foot hills of the grampians is 5 mins from Dunkeld and 15 from Hamilton. We run sheep and grow crops. We breed thoroubreds and undertake pre training.

We are busy, employ a farm hand, an aupair and horse foreman. Still there are jobs that need another pair of hands for example: fencing, gardening, sheep drafting, etc. We also have couple of sheds full of "stuff" that needs sorting and this is a job for autumn 2012.

you will have your own room, share a bathroom and living area with the aupair and live with the family for meals and outings.
