We live in a beautiful house in Broken Head near Byron Bay with a nice spare room (or a bell tent if you prefer)
We are getting ready to go traveling in February and need help with the house, garden and our two kids (2.5 and 9 months) before we leave.

Having your own car is good but it's also ok to hitch or cycle the 8kms to Byron.

If you know how to live with a young family, and have a sense of fun and responsibility, please get in touch. (Non smokers only, single female preferred).

Look forward to hearing from you, Simeon, Nina, Juma and Serena

We are a small miniature horse training center situated in Hazelgrove, which is near the blue mountains NSW. We show and train horses under 11hh. Each year we show up to 20 horses. Our biggest national miniature horse show is run in May where about 500 horse attend. We also have a running miniature horse stud with around 12 foals a year. We are looking for a helper to help with all horse duties, including feeding, stable cleaning, grooming, clipping, and breeding etc... As we take in outside horses helpers with experience handling horses and stallions also is a must. We have a seperate 1 bedroom studio available for the helper. Meals are not included and we would be looking at about 4 hours help per day.
We are 5 mins from the nearest town "oberon" which is a small town with supermarket and post office etc. There are plenty of sites to see around the area including jenolan caves, kanangra wall the three sisters etc.

Our home is set amongst the trees on the top of Scotland Island in beautiful Pittwater. The garden abounds in native birds, King Parrots, Rainbow Lorikeets, Kookaburras, Sulphur Crested Cockatoos and more including the tawny frogmouth in the photo below. We would love to have some help with our bush garden also providing you with the opportunity to learn about local native plants. The local community is very friendly and there are lots of social activities on the island. Mainland access is easily accessible by ferry. Our guests have their own bedroom, living room and bathroom and there's a hot tub on the deck.

My husband and I both work so help with the garden especially and some household tasks would be very welcome. For information about the island please have a look at http://www.scotlandisland.org.au or read the Pittwater Offshore Newsletter at http://ymlp301.net/archive_gesgjgm.php

Please read the listing in full before applying - and please apply by message/email so we can see your profile before making any commitments. (Just as you've had the chance to see ours.)

If you have construction experience, we can probably offer some extra paid work at present. That's our immediate priority as Chris needs help on a small house he's building closer to Mullumbimby. We also particularly welcome those with painting, landscaping or gardening experience.

We are a family of 3: Chris, Heather and Nim (age 14). We have travelled widely and now live on 8 hectares adjoining Mt Jerusalem National Park about 8km from Mullumbimby.

We treat our helpers as we would like to be treated and remain in touch with quite a few of them. A big factor for us how well we think you will fit with our family. We are looking for self motivated, practical people who can grasp what needs doing and work carefully with attention to detail without close supervision - and we enjoy ... more inside

Hello!

**We are looking for someone as soon as possible for around 10-12 weeks. Thank you for viewing our profile!**

We are a family of four (Farming husband and School Teaching wife) that live in the Upper Hunter Valley on a farm that produces mainly sheep. We love spending time with our family and friends, swimming when it's warm, BBQ's and gatherings, gardening and walks together and spending time with our animals.

We are looking for someone to join our family for a while and to help out with our two young children, help with housework, cooking and to spend sometime in the garden with us in exchange for food , accommodation & a wage. We would require at least 4-5 hours per day (some days a little more, other days a little less) as well as the usual help with morning and evening routines. There would certainly be opportunities for light farm work/experience if you were interested as I only work 3 days per week and this is when I would require the most help with the child... more inside

We have the best of both worlds living on the edge of Sydney but on 5 acres in a rural setting. So we appreciate some help looking after it. Type of help needed is cutting wood, splitting, stacking (lots of trees here) gardening, weed control, tidying up, help in the house, general maintenance etc
We are a family (parents 59, 64)now partly retired with a dogs 1 and 3 horses at present. My daughter used to competitive showjump. We are happy to be flexible with the hours you work- you can pick the days and how long you work just so long as it evens out at the end (approx 25 hours a week). I have suggested to everyone that we start with a trial week to see if we like/ get on with each other and then extend.
We provide a room to yourself (double bed) and wireless internet/TV (cable) etc is available. An smaller room with sofa bed is available. On your days off you can catch a train to the city- takes about 45 min ( we will drop you off and pick you up).
We would ask that visitors ar... more inside
