28-March Update - Sorry no room available currently.

It's our quiet period waiting for our grapes to be harvested, come and taste them on the vines. We are doing a huge tidy up in the tractor yard, and would appreciate a hand with this, plus pulling down old fences and splitting firewood.

General Info...
We run a busy farm made up of a vineyard, with livestock including red deer, cattle and sheep. We are only 10 minutes by car to the town of Blenheim (pop 30,000). We are a family of 4 with 6yr and 8yr old boys. They love spending time with our HelpXers, so you must enjoy children.

There are many jobs available from fencing, pulling down old fences, painting, firewood, gardening, and general tidy up of the farm. - tell us what your skills are we might find something that suits..We would never expect anyone to do any jobs they don't feel comfortable doing.

You will stay in a self contained flat, with kitchen, own bathroom, living and bedroom at the end of our house. ... more inside

Hi, nice to meet you!, we're Sheryll and Gary.

We're located in our little part of paradise in Lochmara Bay, which is about 10 min by boat from Picton. We also have access to the Queen Charlotte Track about 15 -20 min walk up the ridge and Lochmara Lodge is about 5 min across the Bay.

There are regular water taxis running from/to Picton.

We have a large garden and grow a lot of our own food and our eggs are supplied by our 5 resident chickens. Jilly our jack russell is our resident possum catcher.

The property is a 4 bedroom waterfront home (unlimited wifi - slow sometimes) with a fabulous view down the bay and a boatshed with lots of fun things to do including Kayaks and life jackets etc. We also have a large 50 ft launch which is moored outside the place.

Often we have family up staying with and Air BNB and being a rather large property we have lots of areas where someone could help out around the place in exchange for accomodation and food. Some types of help co... more inside

A true Kaikoura Coast icon, The Store is the ultimate coastal dining experience.

We are a large restaurant and cafe with extensive gardens. We are currently developing areas of our property to cater for tourist and campers. We are in the process building a large herb and vegetable garden to supply the restaurant.

This job would suit antone who love the outdoors and want to meet and experience rural NZ.

Hi, we are a family of three, myself (Helen), Andrew and our son Ben (10). We live and work on our vineyard in Marlborough, arguably the best place in NZ to live!!

When we are not working we like to spend time with family and friends at our holiday house in the Marlborough Sounds.

It's a very busy time on the vineyards at the moment, in addition to managing the vineyard, we have a large house and large garden area to maintain. We would love to host 2 people (preferably a couple but very happy to consider two singles) in return for help with our day to day work on the vineyard and in and around the house as needed.

We are located approximately 6km from Blenheim in the heart of Marlborough's wine country.

Lovely modern home with a pool to cool off in on hot days.

Separate sleeping accommodation provided. I look forward to hearing from you. Helen

We are a family on 2 large high country sheep and beef farms where there is always something going on!

At the moment we are after someone to upgrade our shearers quarters - they need painting! We need practical people who are not scared to get dirty and give things a go!

If you wish to experince the farming life there is always plenty of opportunity to do so, we often need help in this area as well!

There is also plenty of gardening and child care too!

We are 70ish kms from Blenheim so you must be happy to be away from the city, but we do do frequent trips to civilisation!

We already have a listing 36318 for our home in Queenstown, but the Marlborough Sound property is my pet project! We are boat access only access to a great bay where dolphins regularly visit. It is 10 to 15 minutes boat ride from Picton. We currently have a basic house there with Kitchen / living and two bedroom.

I am currently building some Eco-huts around the corner looking out over some sweeping views of the Sounds. We have a walking track through our property that goes through pines then native bush all the way up the back (approx. 5 kms) to an amazing viewing platform.

We do not need any helpers at present but would like to thank everyone who helped to paint our house in Beacon Rd. What an amazing team effort! You are all welcome to come and visit if you are passing by and admire the work which you were part of. Sincere thanks to you all.
We have recently shifted into Blenheim and have a 23 acre property on an estuary with a house which we are doing up. The property is 9kms from Blenheim - very peaceful and private.

Looking for a couple to help mostly with general gardening (weeding), labouring & building work.

We ask for 3 hours work per day in exchange for free guest accommodation, wifi, use of our facilities ie kayaks etc. No food included but full kitchen to prepare your meals.

Also looking for pet sitters (for 2 dogs & one cat) for 3 weeks in winter - June/July - please ask for more details.

We are in the bay of Anakiwa, right beside the beach and also situated at the end of the Queen Charlotte Track. Great area to relax, enjoy the beach, walking, kayaking and mountain biking in your time off.

Our lodge is situated half-way on the beautiful Nydia Track in a remote paradise with no road access. It is a peaceful place for hikers, mountain bikers and other guests to stay and rest for a few days. We provide a range of accommodation for our guests from a Yurt to our luxurious train carriage with ensuite room. We also provide meals.
The lodge is run by our family; Art and Helen and our four teenage children. We manage the lodge and look after the guests.
We have three dogs; Elvis, Flower and Luna and also have goats, chickens, sheep, cows and a pony.

We are looking for a couple or a single person who are comfortable to spend time by themselves. An outgoing personality and a reasonably good grasp of English is preferred. We would like the volunteers to help with food preparation, cleaning, changing beds, gardening, firewood, building, painting and lots of other tasks around the place. Help with marketing, website/facebook, etc is also much appreciated.
