Welcome to the Spa Centre of Australia a popular tourist area!

Guy wanted now asap who has DIY skills working with small carpentry jobs, & or welding, metal work, general use of tools, & helper for garden & yard work.

I am a retired older man with a well set up one acre permaculture hobby property in the quiet rural surrounds of Daylesford. Milking goats, chickens, ducks, guinea fowl and a cat share this space with me. Helpers here can assist in a wide variety of jobs including gardening, yardwork, DIY, general maintenance, woodwork/handyman work & or arc welding with some small projects currently underway.

Vegetarian off-grid house.

This is a rural area and would suit helpers seeking a quiet and peaceful setting. Helpers coming here need to have an interest in country off-grid living/sustainable living, permaculture & have a willingness to help out around the property. No drugs. Overseas guests most welcome.

We are a family of 3, Michael, Heather and 14 year old Eloise. Heather goes to work Monday - Friday and Eloise is at School whilst Michael manages the property and works part time.

We really enjoy hosting travellers from around the world and appreciate the help we get in managing our property whilst learning about diverse lives and culture.

Our property is located one hour from Melbourne and sits atop a pristine Mountain 10 minutes from Healesville. The world class Healesville sanctuary and the many Yarra Valley renowned wineries are a short drive away. Healesville is abuzz with tourists and town folk who enjoy the coffee, markets and art space that is central to who we are.

Our property is surrounded by cool climate Mountain Ash forest. There is plentiful wildlife, including, lyrebirds, wombats, wallabies, kangaroos and numerous native birds. Our farm has cows, sheep, and free range chickens as livestock. And of course a crazy border collie!

"Glendara" is about 4 and a half hours midway between Melbourne and Adelaide and is situated on the Glenelg River with rolling hills, red gums and lots of birdlife and kangaroos.

We are sheep graziers with a little bit of cropping each year, mainly to renovate pasture. We also have a 2 bedroom cottage on our property that we run as a B&B.

Helpx workers with or without farming experience are very welcome at our property, just come with a keen attitude and a willingness to learn.

It is Autumn now with a beautiful green outlook across the farm and surrounding hills, thanks to recent well needed rain.

There are always a variety of jobs Helpx workers would be able to assist with....helping Geoff with sheep work, preparing paddocks for sowing crops, general maintenance around the farm or helping Cherryl keep up in the garden or with some general housekeeping.

We love meeting people and have a big home that allows for helpers to have their own bedroom and bathroom. If you en... more inside

Hello, I am currently seeking people to stay for a week or two to tidy up our place a bit. Work includes digging garden beds, weeding, cutting grass, spreading mulch, spring cleaning the house and cooking meals if you're able as it's always appreciated. I am interested in permaculture and organic growing, and just making a nice garden to live in.

My family consists of me and my eight year old daughter (Elouise), we also have two kittens and at the moment my 20 year old son is sometimes here.

We live in Bruthen which lies between the foothills of the great dividing range. Bruthen is somewhat of a gateway to forests, national parks and beaches to the east, lakes systems to the south and mountains (including snow-fields) to the north. It is possible to do a day-trip to go skiing as Hotham is less than 2 hours drive away. Bruthen is situated alongside an old railway line which now functions as a walking track, it's also great to ride on if you're into biking. Bruthen is also a b... more inside

We live on a property in the Dandenong Ranges, which is 1 hour East of Melbourne city centre.

The house is close to public transport. The bus stop is a one minute walk from our house.

We are a short distance to: Yarra Valley wineries, Dandenong Ranges National Park, cafes, galleries, artisan bakeries, beaches, ski resorts, country, museums, hiking and mountain biking trails, public gardens. There is also a yoga studio at the bottom of our street which has several classes a week.

We love to have Helpers stay from all walks of life and help us maintain and beautify our house and garden.
We speak French at home to our daughter sometimes and encourage fellow French speakers.

When we have time, we enjoy showing our guests around the local areas or taking them collecting pure spring water at nearby Mount Donna Buang.

Each Helper works for 4+ hours per day for accommodation and food.
We cook most of the time for everyone but we expect the Helpers to also share the cook... more inside
