We've had 8 great helpX visitors and had wonderful experiences. It was lovely to meet some new people and get a bit of extra assistance at home. Mostly we're looking for help with general housekeeping, but there are a few more physical jobs around the house too (fixing a deck and some landscaping and plumbing) if someone is interested in that sort of thing.

We have a 4 bedroom house with a spare room. We are a youngish family with 3 boys (aged 6+7+16), 1 dog and 2 cats. We rise early but the boys are very good and quiet (mostly) and we leave early and are out at work/school all day during the week.

Our house is in a lovely leafy part of northern Sydney a 15 minute walk from stunning beaches and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop.

Happy to provide wifi :-)

We are an electrician and school teacher and our hobbies include martial arts.

Hi, I'm Andrew, thanks for looking at our profile,

I'm a single dad and we are a family of 3 living in the suburbs of Newcastle about 10 mins from the local beaches. I have 2 kids (9yo & 11yo), enjoy cafes and going to the beach and playing in the pool. (The photos are some of our local beaches). We also like cycling and playing games, chilling out and chatting with friends.

We attend a local church each week and our two kids attend the local school which is just up the road.

I spend lots of my time fixing (renovating) houses and love to have people to work with.

You donít have to be there for the full time or work every day but in the past helpers have usually worked about 20 hours per week each (could be 3 days full time or a few hours each day), fixing the place up and then spend the other time at your leisure.

It helps if you have been involved in building or renovating (or are keen to learn) but we also are looking for people who get on with (our) kids and are ha... more inside

We have a vacancy for a couple or strong guy preferably who are able to help with transplanting and digging in our new garden. Anyone who has experience with brick paving would be doubly welcome. (It is only a small area that needs paving.) We have just moved from Hobart to Coffs Harbour and are living the Central area of the town.

We have a few odd jobs that need to be done and between us at the moment I have a wonky knee and my husband has injured his shoulder. So to avoid permanent injury, we are hoping to be able to offer accommodation and food for a some help with a shovel. We have had a lot of experience with HelpX visitors already when we were living in Hobart, enjoy their company and keep in contact with many of them still.

Our new house is very roomy with a separate wing for visitors and a swimming pool but it is very close to the beaches, bike tracks and nightlife. We are also near walking tracks with signs to watch out for the koalas!

We usually ask people to ... more inside

We live in a beautiful modern spacious home with two studios and a peaceful view of green fields and a small lake, bordered by Wapengo Creek. We love to host travelers from other countries. You will see kangaroos, lots of bird life, and other native animals. We have a dog, and three horses. We'd like you to help prepare meals and clean up afterwards, and do four hours work per day such as gardening, house work, building projects, chopping wood, clearing bush, pulling up weeds, and planting trees. We'd prefer helpers willing to work outdoors and also housework. We live close to idyllic national park beaches and coastal villages. The main town is Bega. We are easy going and both work away from home in Bega so you might be by yourself sometimes. You will have a bedroom, ensuite and lounge area.
