This time of year is great for crocodile watching.

I'm a beekeeper that works between Cairns and Bloomfield. I mainly stay in Bloomfield/Ayton at the moment. The work involves collecting bee hives for honey extraction and queen bee rearing this gives us plenty of time to explore the local areas. Making bee hives is another job in Bloomfield which is situated 35 km north of Cape Tribulation 500m from the Weary Bay Beach and a few kilometers from the Bloomfield River. In spare time we like to show guest the Bloomfield River and it Crocodile population.

Task also involve house work and gardening.

If we are lucky and the weather permits we go to reef and tropical Islands snorkeling, fishing and exploring.

The work is not hard, suits male or females and is always varied, recreational activities after work as swimming, hanging out at the beach, camping, crocodile spotting and reef trips.

We are a happy, friendly, care free family looking for some help around our home with some small everyday jobs such as cleaning, gardening, yard work and child minding.

Come and experience life on a working cattle property. We run 700 head of cattle on 930 Ha set in a beautiful valley. Work around the property includes tasks such as mustering, stock work in the cattle yards, fencing and machinery and vehicle maintenance. We rely on 4WD motor bikes and tractors for many tasks and will take the time to train you how to use these safely. Apart from farm work, we also look for help in our garden and vegetable garden as well as odd jobs in and around the house. While we like to train you in all aspects of safety, we do ask that you do have some travel insurance.
