We live on Tamborine Mountain, 40km inland from the Gold Coast 80km south of Brisbane. (http://www.tamborinemtncc.org.au/things-to-do-on-tamborine-mountain/). We are on two acres and there is always work needed on the property. This might include garden work like weeding, mulching, pruning clearing or other general property help. We estimate about four hours work needed per day, as well as help with the evening meal. We are two adults and have a son who is at university in Brisbane, two dogs and a cat. Accommodation is a room with a double bed and own bathroom. We have a TV / rumpus room and WiFi. We are able to collect our guests from the Gold Coast, usually Nerang Station. We like our guests to stay for one week initially, and if all is well by mutual agreement the stay can be extended. No smokers please. We have had dozens of very pleasant Wwoofers to our property, but have changed to Help Exchange as we are not actually an organic farm and canít sign visa extensions, but we li... more inside

We are a small organic grower and seller of our own and other peoples certified organic produce. We open to the public every Saturday selling from the 'farm gate' 9am -2pm. We supply Food Connect and a few other outlets. Mostly we grow veg and citrus, but we have a young olive grove and keep free range chickens also. There are raised beds as well as 'broadacre' plantings.
Come and help us with planting, picking, mulching, weeding, selling, preparing ground.
We are reasonable, easy going, older volunteers. We are WOOF hosts. Would suit you if you are self-motivated and willing, own transport a plus.
Couples and friends welcome. No children or pets, sorry, as this is a bush environment.

I live on the Atherton Tablelands in Far North Queensland in Australia.I am on holidays for Xmas and need some help in the garden. I would prefer two friends or a couple. The help would be to set up rotational organic vegetable beds, mulching of fruit trees, house cleaning and general gardening. About 4 hours a day work with free accomodation and food in my home. I would expect some help in cooking and washing up etc. I live in a old Queenslander built in the 1930s. I live near Lake Eacham (which is a beautiful national park) and the Atherton Tablelands is very beautiful. I would take you to visit many of the local tourist sites.

We are a small family offering comfortable accommodation for the right person for any period of time.

Our home is located in the Gold Coast Hinterland in a wonderful small farming area which offers a variety of things to see and do. Minutes away from the famous Mt Tamborine and a 15 minute drive to the M1 (highway), you will have an opportunity to explore some amazing places.

We are currently mainly in need for trades such as carpenters, brick layers, tilers, gardeners/landscapers, concreters or the like who can assist in building a variety of things that have been planned for the property.

Our home was build a year ago so everything inside the house has been complete and it's very comfortable. You will have your own bedroom, bathroom and toilet to use (not en-suited). You will have access to meals and encouraged to help-yourself when hungry.

If you have any further questions about the hosts or the property / jobs, we will be happy to assist you.

Hi I have a 3 bedroom home on the Northern beaches of Cairns, Trinity Beach. I have 2 cavoodle dogs and 2 birds.
In return for your own room and bathroom I am looking for either a single person or a couple to do a couple of hours general gardening and cleaning up ( nothing major).
If you have some carpentery experience that would be great hoping to sand back and restrain my outdoor deck...
You would also be required to walk my dog on the beach when I'm at work.... They live to walk and swim in the ocean.
I have lived and travelled most of the world so can appreciate a cool house to chill in for some time however I would appreciate coming home to a clean / tidy house.
I do work long shift hours as I am an airport duty manager so most days you would have the house to yourself.

My wife and I live in the sub tropic hinterland area of the Sunshine Coast on a 15ha farm. We grow some organic fruit and vegetables for our own kitchen and also grow a range of ornamental plants for the landscape industry. We are surrounded by national park and there are lots of walking and bike tracks to explore. We are a young 60 and 63 year old and enjoy an active, healthy, nonsmoking lifestyle. My wife is an artist and we both enjoy surfing at the beach. We mostly need someone for potting plants in our nursery, some unskilled labor and general home duties. We love to cook, especially gluten and sugar free recipes. This is a beautiful, peaceful property, we would love to share it with hard working travelers of any age. Couples are welcome, we have a lovely spare bedroom. Looking forward to hearing from you. Heather and Tony.

Hello! We are new to the world of viticulture and would love some help with jobs around the vineyard. At this time of year we require help with weed management, fertilisation, wiring and general up keep in terms of mowing paddocks and brushcutting. We live in QLD's southern downs. A beautiful granite landscape, cool climate, large farming population from stone fruit to wine-making. We have a spare room in our family home and love the idea of inviting a guest to be part of our daily life. We love to cook and chat and learn about other cultures. It would be our pleasure to welcome you.
