This is a Beef Breeding and Fattening farm, with mostly Limousin and part-Limousin cattle, and I also breed Sporthorses.
Helpers would be required to assist with weed control by hand grubbing out of weeds and/or spraying. Also helping with cattle stockwork and if experienced with horses, helping educate young horses, and grooming them. There will also be some general maintenance work around the farm and home like gardening, Spring cleaning and general inside and outside jobs.
Helpers will need to be enthusiastic and self-motivated. Own transport preferable as there is no Public Transport out in the countryside.
I can provide accommodation and food (our own meat off the farm and free range eggs etc.) in return for approximately 3 or 4 hours work per person per day on average.
We are reasonably handy to Auckland and Hamilton and can pick up from Mercer, Pokeno, Pukekohe and Bombay.

At the moment I would like some help, in the garden with weeding and day to day running of the house. I am looking for a solo female. You might find it handy to have you're own vehicle for getting about, but not necessary.:)).

Come and check out some of Raglans idyllic surrounding scenery including its expansive Harbour and Karioi Mountain. We are a family of 5 living 5 minutes from Raglans famous surf breaks and town. Our children are 8, 6 and 2 years old and love to meet new faces. We enjoy having people to stay who love kids, don't mind helping out with household chores and gardening. If you have special skills let us know and we can always look to find a project to suit.

We would like help with lawns that need mowing, weeding around trees, cutting gorse, line timming. We also need help with general housework and our inside projects.

After hosting over 30 helpers we think the most suited helpers are people who like dogs and get up in the morning by 7.30. We all have to eat so help with making food, clearing and doing the dishes is a must. We consider meal times to be social time not work time, also an ideal time to chat and learn stuff.

We are a gay couple of 13 years aged 34 & 40 living at an altitude of 300 meters on Mt Pirongia in our new barn house over looking the Waikato landscape. We have a good sense of humour, sociable, kind and honest and would like to share our Kiwi culture at the same time learning about other cultures. We are musicians who work from home self employed with one o... more inside

we are a family of 3 kids and mum and 2 cats. We have a big garden by the Waikato river just walking distance to Hamilton city and gardens. Raglan is the nearest beach -40 mins. A popular surf beach.
We can teach you Maori language and culture and we mostly vegetarian/vegan
Girls only please or couples are OK.
I need help with gardening, housework, home renovation, cooking, preserving fruit, making jam . . you name it! If you have music, or carpentry skills even better. If not I can teach you how to garden and do basic DIY.
Accommodation is a sleep out in the garden - its cute - an old wooden housetruck without the truck. :-) Minimum 1 week - maximum 1 month (we have had people not wanting to leave!)
Around 4 -5 hours per day depending on the day and what plans you have - you can do 8 hrs one day and none the next. Three meals per day and unlimited wifi included. Good vibes free ;-)

Hi there,

Up to the 28th september (Will get it all done by then)

Hamilton is a central place for day trips to Raglan, Tauranga and Rotarua. There are also a few cool things to see locally.

If I'm not working, I can show you local sights/entertainment/dining, out to the coastal towns!

Can you help with ANY of the following?

Experience not required

Tiny bit of weeding (I've done 99%)
Planting seedlings
painting
a bathroom to renovate,
Decking

Some of it we can work together if I'm not at work. I'm currently having a break so free
You do not need experience, however, in some areas it would of course be beneficial.

I have comfortable quiet setting, lovely gardens for a small patch of land. Inside, you have a comfortable room and comfortable queen bed. Kitchen has everything you could need. Very comfortable lounge setting looking over front yard. Books. DVD, Washing machine. unlimited WiFi.

Perfect for someone who wants to stay for 1-4days. Close to... more inside

Hi,

I'm Mark, 32, and looking for help with jobs around the property including gardening, lawn mowing, painting and housework. Flexible with times, 2-3 hours per day in exchange for accommodation.

10 minute walk to Raglan town, and can go paddle boarding on the high tide from the end of the driveway. Wifi, BBQ e.tc.

Prefer short notice requests as travel for work and fun quite a bit.
