The farm is situated in Mount Mee, Queensland, which is very hilly and beautiful.

It is about 15 minutes drive from the nearest village, Wamuran, and 25 minutes to the nearest town: Caboolture. Brisbane is 60 minutes by train from Caboolture. We are about 60 min from the Sunshine Coast and the airport and about 90 minutes from the Gold Coast.

It is a farmstay that includes a variety of animals: a few camels, alpacas, a pig, sheep, horses, guinea fowl, dogs of course, a cat and 3 guinea pigs.

I am looking for help with general maintenance: gardening: mowing, weeding, etc. If possible, fence repairs and painting, Also, day-to-day tasks in and around the homestead: cleaning, cooking, etc. I prefer helpers to be over 25, willing and capable of turning their hand to any tasks required of them.

In return, I provide good meals, comfortable accommodation and transport to and from the nearest railway station if required.

Surrounded by State Forest, our 50 acre Farm is an oasis of lush, green paradise! Orchards, gardens, a large dam, animals & lots of space to roam. A great insight into sub tropical gardening, with enormous bamboo, gingers & bananas. A family of six, we are lifestyle focused, our days revolving around our children & the farm. We have a thriving Market Stall at the Noosa Farmers Market & Eumundi Markets selling Beeswax Wraps. Our timber cottage is solar power, tank water, completely off the grid. We are surfers, love yoga & spend many evenings around the cob wood fired oven. We live simply, eat organic, nutritious meals & live free of electronic media/ TV etc. with a large library to chose to read from & plenty of lovely spaces to relax in.
Help will generally revolve around the preparing for the market stall & general gardening & farm maintenance. We bake bread daily & many foods from scratch. Your love of children is necessary as our children are a constant part of our daily life. ... more inside

I live on a 10 acre property about 8kms from Hervey Bay.
Requiring the help of one to two persons to assist in general tidying of the property such as gardening, weeding, mowing, collecting fallen wood, mulching etc. Whatever needs attention,
I envisage working 4- 5 hours a day in exchange for accommodation & simple meals. I am a vegetarian though I am happy to include a few meat meals.
You may want to do the tourist thing while you are in the area so I am open to negotiation as to the hours of work & time frames.
You will need to be enthusiastic and a non smoker. This may suit a person with their own travelling accommodation such as a caravan or there is a room available with a double bed.
You would be more self sufficient if you have your own transport however a drop off in town could be arranged.

Will mainly involve loading up the truck with demolished kitchen pieces using trolleys.

This is a rare opportunity in a beautiful apartment with views to the ocean from all rooms.

I have a lovely one bedroom tropical cabin with a building for helpers. The outlook is beautiful with distant ocean views surrounded by Australian bush and gardens. I have 2 goats, 2 pigs, 2 dogs, 8 chooks, 4 ducks and some fish.

I am establishing a food forest using permaculture principles. The spare room needs renovations finished (your room). Plenty of projects on the go between animal needs and gardening and weed control.

Outdoor living in the tropics.

We live in the Granite Belt region of South East Queensland where it gets very cold during the winter months.

We are close to Girraween NP, Bald Rock NP, Boonoo Boonoo NP, and Sundown NP. Stanthorpe and its surrounds boasts over 50 wineries, a Lavendar farm and many orchards, a couple of strawberry farms and vegetable farms.

We run a cattle and sheep farm with the usual farm animals - horses, chickens and 2 cats.

We appreciate help with feeding the animals, cooking, general house cleaning and farm work, splitting wood, shed cleaning and weeding and planting gardens.

Keith and I both enjoy a good laugh and learning about other countries and cultures.

Your own car would be an advantage, however, buses pass through Stanthorpe regularly and we can pick you up from the bus station in Stanthorpe. CRISPS Buses depart from the Brisbane Transit Centre - Roma Street, Brisbane at 10.55am Monday to Thursday and arrive in Stanthorpe at 2.20pm.

We live on a standard house block which is conveniently located on the northern side of Cairns.

Our home was built in the 1940s and is a classic Queensland timber home and therefore requires ongoing maintenance.

We require help with a variety of maintenance tasks, mostly gardening, some cleaning and cooking. Most of the work is in the garden. It is hot and humid in Cairns so I suggest that it is best to work early (6am to 10) or late in the afternoon (4 to 7pm). I think the work would mostly suit a couple at the moment. Landscaping and carpentry experience would be valued.

My husband and I both work full time and hence we would love to have you come and help us maintain our home.

This position would suit non smokers only.

We require 20 hours per week of work from each person in exchange for accommodation, breakfast and dinner. We are very flexible with how the 20 hours are completed across the week.

We prefer short term stays (a week to 10 days) as o... more inside
