My property includes a 5h vineyard and a 10h natural bush reserve. From the top of the reserve, which has been set aside for native animals, birds and flora, there are fabulous views of the valley to photograph. For those more energetic enjoy walking or cycling the Riesling Trail which passes through my property - a mere 50m from our backdoor.
Right in the heart of the Clare Valley wine region I am only 5-10 minutes’ drive to Clare and some of Australia’s top wineries including Pikes, Mitchell’s, Kilikanoon, Crabtree, Annie’s Lane, Knappsteins and Taylors.
I am looking for a person or couple who are interested in helping me establish the garden around the house. I've made a good start, but due to work commitments I'm no longer able to spend the time it requires.
Depending on the time of year there is work in the vineyard such as prunning, lifting wires, and picking grapes. I am in the process of rejuvenating and improving the vineyard with the aim of being totally organic. My ... more inside
