I am working on building a home amongst a 1400 acre shared environment reserve. I am working with sustainable principles involving recycled and or local materials. Location is off the grid, 25 mins from nearest town.

Current projects include recycled tyre tank stand, weed and forest management, small garden projects and improvements to my current living arrangements. Tent accommodation can be provided. 4 hours work per day weather dependent. Will provide vegetarian meals cooking shared. Only people with own vehicle can be considered as I do not use one at this stage. Am in a beautiful forest next to lush National Park. Would prefer if you can stay for at least one week.

We are a small cattle property in the Whitsundays. We run brahman x cows. Here on the farm we have dogs, horses, cows, pigs, chooks and the occasional bottle fed calf. We also have a timber joinery shed where we make beautiful timber doors, windows, kitchens etc. from scratch. We are a very friendly, caring family who will be very welcoming to anyone who would like to help us out. There is no weekend work so you are always free to explore the Whitsundays or just chill out here with us! We offer a air-conditioned caravan with its own cooking facilities or you are welcome to join us at the house. We supply all food, accommodation with your own separate bathroom. The work is helping us out with general yard duties, spraying bushes first thing in the mornings before it gets hot, helping out in the joinery shed, mowing, feeding animals and cattle work.

I live on a small acreage property in the Gold Coast Hinterland with a fresh water creek overlooking springbrook national park.
I have a few well looked after gardens but would love more small crop gardens. So i need help with garden design, constructing new gardens and any knowledge about gardening would be greatly appreciated!
I am currently renovating my house so any carpentry/tiling/painting skills would be a great help!
I have one spare room with two beds for helpers in my working progress cottage. Food will be provided mostly coming from local farms in South East Queensland. I work at the Farmers Markets so opportunities for casual work would be available.

I am located 35 minutes away from Gold Coast Beaches, shopping centres and the National Park is in walking distance with lovely waterfalls and great bush walks.

I have vacancies now so please contact me!

We have a farm at the top of the Pioneer Valley 80 km west of Mackay. It has a mixed tropical and subtropical climate, as it is about 800 meters up in the ranges. Winter is lovely - cool and dry, while summer can be hot and wet. The local village is small with a pub, post office, cafe and local shop. Our farm and the village are on the edge of the Eungella National Park

We have 220 acres/92 hectares of mixed rainforest and grazing land with a number of creeks and springs. We are slowly clearing out weed and restoring to good care. We are running beef cattle and are planning to start growing timber soon.

Accomodation is simple but comfortable. I live in a caravan, while our guests live in a large comfortable shed. All the comforts are available ie hot and cold running water, bath and shower, landline, wifi, mobile phone access, etc. TV and film are available by streaming.

I would dearly like a hand with the work that needs 2 people. It can be hard but at the end of the d... more inside
