Totally innovant permaculture site overlooking the Mt St Michel growing the world famous "PowerSalad" in our productive ecosystem. This includes a small forest garden, lots of seasonal fruit/veg/herbs/nuts and some wonderful animals.

There is plenty on as we endeavour to raise production levels of our delicious PowerSalad (this years first "commercial" test was very successful and I really do think this is the "agriculture with integrity" I always dreamed of) - highly nutritious bioavailable alkalinising supergreens from a designed ecosystem - from our PowerSalad Farm - a tool to help us review the foundation of whats on our plate - this is really exciting - come see!

I will happily welcome those genuinely interested so let me know your dates and I will reserve you a room with a view or a more private little caravan with the utmost pleasure!

Safe journeying to all - Zoe

My husband (Keith) and I (Helen ... Aitch) have lived permanently in France since 2004. We live in an 'ex dairy farm' house and have about a hectare of land including a little woodland that runs down to the river.
The house has a history dating back to the Revolution in the late 1700's and is in the heart of rural Normandy. We are deep in the Normandy countryside and very tranquil.
Most of the land is used for our pet animals (mostly rescued), 2 donkeys, 4 sheep, 2 geese, 5 ducks and 4 chickens. We have a tortoise, 5 house dogs, 5 'garage' cats, 2 outside cats and 1 house cat.
I am vegetarian, my husband is a meat eater (and also the chef).
We teach English to foreign students during the school holidays ... ages range from 11 to 60 and they can stay with us for a couple of days or up to 6 weeks.
I am interested in art (and have a studio), ceramics, photography, animals, nature. My husband shares my interest in nature and animals and also plays badminton and football (March to ... more inside

We are a retired couple who live in Normandie between St Lo and Bayeux.
We are now booked for the present time, thank you for all your interested.
We bought our barn 18 years ago and have been restoring it since, it is now comfortable warm and spacious with a friendly feel when you walk through the front door. but as with all old houses there is always something to do.
We have 5 cats (spoilt) 1 dog (Old) and 6 goats(no milking required just a piece of bread or two or three) we have bought our camper and would like to use it but all the animals won't fit! So we would like to go away for a few days at a time, couldn't go longer we miss our home and the animals!
Juliet loves walking and we are in a local walking group and she often goes out to find new routes for the Monday walks. We are involved in the local commune and tend to have more french friends than English so language is improving.
We offer a bedroom with shared bathroom and you would live as a member of the family. I... more inside

Looking now for enthusiastic helpers from September 2017, preferably for a minimum of four weeks. Longer stays welcomed.

We expect to be busy throughout 2017 although the main tourist season remains from April to October. I prefer to take workers who are keen to take their place as members of our team providing a quality service for paying guests.

I am the proprietor of a large Chambres d'Hotes in a quiet village in Southern Normandy, just north of the town of Avranches. I was formerly a teacher (Head of Business and Economics in a large Comprehensive school) in England but have now organised a busy Bed and breakfast business here in Normandy, and have recently become a partner with a leading hotel company. I have other members of my family living in the neighbouring village of Montviron who help at the business from time to time . The village of Le Luot is very small and provides a peaceful and relaxing environment.

You are invited to help us provide a quality service f... more inside

I am currently looking for a house/pet sitter/human companion for 14 cats, one very naughty Yorkshire Terrier and an ancient gerbil!

We live in a large property in rural Normandy, in a small village opposite a medieval church. William the Conqueror used to have a chateau here but it has long gone now.

We are Mum, Scarlett 26, Morgan 21 and Oliver 19.

We have a small project teaching English as a foreign language to students which is very rewarding.

Everyone, family and helpers, join in with the cleaning and washing up.

I need people who know how to paint walls and doors, (drip free), and people who are good at giving the place a jolly good deep clean.

We have a small garden that needs constant attention. Everything grows like crazy here. We need people who know the difference between a plant and a weed.

We are fun and easy going and treat our helpers as part of the family.

We are not far from the golden beaches at Granville/Carrols, (surfing).

We are ... more inside
